September 15, 2026…read more I would like to add to my original rating by taking a moment to sincerely thank Attorney Eric Shore, for putting me in such confident and caring hands. She was absolutely awesome and kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I understood every situation and the steps being taken toward achieving a professional outcome in my case. Ms Emily, paralegal is truly a sweetheart and was very concerned about me and my case. She even reached out while she was out of the office, which showed me just how much she cared. I always felt like I was a priority, and that meant so much to me. From the very beginning, Eric himself was determined to help bring me closure. He told me that I would be put in good hands, and he absolutely kept his word by placing me with Emily. I immediately felt comfortable and knew I was going to have a great experience with his firm. I truly appreciate the dedication, compassion, and professionalism I received. I always felt special and never felt like just another client. I'm even going to miss our texts, well wishes, holiday greetings, and emojis! I highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking justice and an attorney who genuinely cares about their clients. This is a firm that will not take advantage of you. They will work to make sure you receive what you deserve. If the opportunity ever arises, I would absolutely return to this firm again. Thank you, Emily and Eric, for everything you did for me and for helping me reach the closure I needed. Thank You Again!!! I rate this firm and Ms. Emily, 5+ stars!

I was not initially planning on getting a lawyer involved but the situation escalated, so I set up a consult at PIL which went really well. I have not had to use a lawyer in ages, and I had pretty low expectations...but the process was really upbeat and smooth. Once we got things in motion, I did not have to follow up ONCE. They handled everything with the same professionalism I deliver in my own line of work (logistics). PIL kept me updated without having to chase them, a huge pet peeve. Great experience, despite the circumstances which led me there. Easy 5 stars for making my life a lot easier and getting this dealt with.

My case was fairly straightforward but time-sensitive. I appreciate that regardless of how busy the…read morefirm is, as soon as I retained the firm they filed my papers competently and at the speed of light. I agree with the other reviewers that customer service-wise this firm doesn't tiptoe around you, but it did its job well for me where it counted. I also see that the work relationships between the attorney and his staff are healthy and productive which is not the case at all firms. I've worked at multiple law offices, dealt with multiple law offices, and assisted law offices as a courthouse employee. My experience has been that law offices are generally not fun places to deal with. You have to bear it and remember that someday it will be over - keep your eyes on the ball and focus on what matters, not the staff's moods. With this perspective, Hark and Hark are alright with me.
