His work is a revelation--moderately complicated taxes can be done in an afternoon, at your home, and affordably. He's knowledgeable and personable. A family member selling her home didn't believe that the common purchasing tool the buyers requested (a "seller's assist") was not some kind of scam and refused to accept their offer until she had talked to David. He explained how common the assist is and how it does not affect one's taxes, and she relaxed enough to go ahead with the sale. (Of course, she then told her own real estate agents she didn't trust them, but that she trusted David implicitly. And he does seem worthy of that trust!)
