One piece of advice from Erin Benzakein from Floret about hiring a bookkeeper and accountant was that if you feel dumb or awful after meeting with either, then it's time for you to hire a new accountant/bookkeeper. I was having a hard time managing my own bookkeeping and was inquiring about this service. I met with Tara and she was condescending, defensive, and was gaslighting me when I started crying on the call after she went on a diatribe about the importance of bookkeeping. I also disagreed with her statement that "Bookkeeping is the backbone of your business." Unfortunately, Rose was also on the call and there wasn't any intervention. I would recommend Rose Brown only if you were just working with her and Darin, but would stay away if you are on a call with Tara.

Eric and the team ran a diagnosis and called me within hours of what was damaged. The harddrive was shot and everything important to me were gone, so I thought. The team was able to pull nearly everything back to the new drive. I didn't have an external backup harddrive on that machine, so I'm grateful that they were able to make my machine whole AND at a reasonable price. This place is the place to go to, bar none!
