If you receive a letter and don't know what to do, call us for an appointment with an Enrolled Agent who can represent you ro assist you in dealing with matters before the IRS. November 2020 we received a letter stating we owed over $1,500 to the IRS for tax year 2018. This was the first year we used Loftus Assoc. I called the office and asked if Mike Randall who prepared our taxes could call us regarding this matter. After several days I called back and the receptionist stated she had left Mike a note on his desk. Third call same response. Forth call I asked Danna if anyone else could help if Mike was not available since this was time sensitive. Since we had no response to help us resolve the problem we mailed a check to the IRS.
