This place has horrible customer service. We had ordered uniforms and went there to see if the uniforms fit but they didn't so we changed the sizing. They said it'll all be ready Thursday and turns out only the PE uniform was ready when we asked to pick it up all together with the rest of the uniforms. Then they tell us it'll be ready by Tuesday, we asked them why call us if the whole order is ready when only HALF is ready. Then they started getting defensive and petty. WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR UNIFORMS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Too bad that i have to pick it up by NEXT THURSDAY. read more

Terrible customer service do not buy here !!! They say uniforms are ready when there not even ready . And they get defensive and rude when you ask why they send msj when the order is not even ready . They only had the pe clothes ready when my husband said that's what they were giving him when he went and get the ordered I place at the puente school. But since none of the clothes fit my daughter when we changed the size of the clothing they said they were going to have it ready by Thursday and they sent a msj on Friday that it was ready late at night . I've had the best experience with Schoolware. My work hours makes it difficult to go in person and I've been stressed out about getting the uniforms my little girls need. Luckily they're an amazing business and took a phone order. It was really easy and quick to get it done. I'm so grateful they offer this service. This is the worse place to get our kids uniforms for Catholic School. It's nothing in comparison to Botana & Gomez nor school uniformity. There always closed and waited a month for a cardigan. I wasted my time 3 times already to go to a store that's always closed. So unprofessional!! I will be speaking to our school principal at OLMM about this. Then to top it off I chatted with them and they said sorry to come tomorrow at 10am to pickup the stuff I PAID for. So I go and once again there closed. Very UNPROFESSIONAL read more

For a place that is about to make a significant amount of money off of you, the customer service here is atrocious. We purchased several articles of clothing and brought back a sweater to get it branded with the logo. We said we did a year ago, and they asked to see a receipt because people buy this online and then bring it here. We were told this is such attitude and plain disrespect. WOW! where to start! This business is SO RUDE and SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Believe the reviews and don't come here. They truly don't know how to conduct business. Besides all the bad reviews this company has I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The big lady and the short Hispanic man with tattoos are beyond rude. I purchased some uniforms. Was told they would be ready by the following week and I would get a call. No call so I called a week later giving them time to call me back. mind you I was there beginning of August. I prepaid for my items and waited even called again the week after to ask about my items was told they were still not there. I asked the female associate on the phone if I could just cancel those items they did not have and get a refund they said I could. I go today to pick up my one item and asked for the items not yet ready after more than 2 weeks of waiting to be refunded as they told me on the phone they would. The short Hispanic man (owner) freaked out and said he would not then he would then he would not then he would with a restocking fee of items they don't have. Eventually he called the BIG lady out to "speak to me" more so talk to me in a condescending way. They kept going back and forth said I needed my receipt the same copy of a receipt they had in their hand for a refund. Eventually they did refund me. And said I was abolished from their store. I would never go back there even if all the items were free. The owner stated he hates this and wants to close his business I agreed and said he should. He's very unorganized and super RUDE! Avoid this place the quality of uniforms are crap. The polos are the cheapest most see thru material. And they charge $25 for one. the short angry Hispanic man even followed me out the store with my children yelling profanity to me. I laughed bc I couldnt believe the audacity of that "man" (definitely showing that napoleon syndrome). I'm surprised he didn't send the big lady to try and beat me up. I recorded the interaction and will be showing it to the principal as I can see with these reviews I'm not the only mistreated customer. 3rd year coming to this store and surprisingly first rude customer service experience here. My child school requests us to purchase items through this store. Last year I purchased a cardigan without the school logo from here. This year I decided to bring it back and request to have the logo put on. The young man who initially helped us was very nice, but was unsure about the logo. He went to ask the older gentleman about the logo, the older man came over and ask when I had purchased it. I let him know that it was last year. He let me know that I couldn't have purchased it from them last year, because all their sweaters have logos. Then he mentioned a lot of people purchase the sweaters online cheaper and try to bring them in to put the logo. (Did he just call me a liar?!!) yes, he did. He look annoyed and offended that I even requested the logo on a sweater that I purchased there. My husband noticed the tone and the look that he gave me. So, I know it wasn't only me thinking he was being rude. Not sure if he was just having a bad day, bad week or bad month. But, my advice to this establishment, just let the customer know, that you cannot place a logo of the school without proof of purchase. Simple. No need to tell customers everything else you are thinking. Honestly, it really bothered me to be called a liar. If you know me, I'm far from being that. Unfortunately, I went home and tried to find last years receipt, but could not find it, I'm sure it's in the trash. read more

I had heard quite a few negative things and read some really bad reviews about this store before visiting, which left me a bit skeptical However being a small business owner myself I knew I had to give it a shot. I'm glad I didn't go based off any negativity and here says, because my experience and encounter With Ricardo, Robin m, and staff was outstanding customer service. Many don't understand the time, effort and sacrifice put into running these small businesses, especially when they are run and operated by a single family not corporate. When I arrived at the store, Ricardo and another staff member were busy attending another customer, but I was immediately acknowledged. I can see that they were super busy, but that didn't stop their attentiveness to our needs. Ricardo was sharp and quick to bring me all of what we were seeking and went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. To see this small family operated business in full motion was inspiring to say the least. Ricardo's youngest son was extremely knowledgeable about the family business practices and was also able to help us as his father, and mother, Robin were in full swing in attending others. Our experience was bliss. They truly are remarkable people who I believe are misunderstood and underestimated. The humbleness and humility displayed blew me away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, but please be kind and take into consideration they are human beings as well. If you give kindness you'll always receive it back 10x.
