The pieces we were interested in were in excellent condition, and were absolutely lovely. We made the drive to Wycliff's showroom and were greeted by a handful of friendly, helpful staff who answered our questions well. We decided to bid online and, after a brief learning curve, got the hang of online bidding. We picked up our items the following Monday and genuinely appreciated the loading help they offered. These are really great, friendly, helpful folks who have had truly impressive estate items for sale. It wasn't just a lot of fun, we can't wait for the next auction.

I love art. This is the best place to come for unique art and higher quality antiques in Central…read moreIndiana Sometimes I get a better price that I would get in a traditional gallery. Auctions are held about once per month with notices coming via mail and email with descriptions of pieces on their website. They offered previews on Friday 2-7:00 and on Saturday 1.5 hours before auction start. This is a family run operation. The gallery is well lit and very clean. The art is nicely displayed and organized. There is plenty of parking but limited seating for patrons. Beverages and lite snacks are available for guests. A security guard is on site keeping an eagle eye on merchandise. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. This morning the auctioneer proactively spoke with me on the order and timing of items for auction. You need to sign in to get a number paddle to bid. A 15 percent buyer's premium is added to each credit card purchase or 12 percent to cash or check payment. You need to factor the premium into each bid plus sales tax. Today's auction features vintage modern art, jewelry and furniture. I am not a fan of modern but there are some nice antiques and mid century funky pieces that I have in my sights. The gallery fills with about 100 whispering collectors. Online and phone line bidders participate as well, driving up prices. Dang. Online bidders pay a 20 percent buyers premium. There are 931 items listed in the catalogue that is provided to guests. After the catalogued auction there is a second room with more glass and art that will be part of a "market place" uncatalogued auction that starts after the catalogued auction. They offer "reserve" advance bidding prior for the catalogued auction for people that can't be present. It is interesting to see what others are buying but better when I can take something home.

My son and I built a very detailed model train layout as a father and son project. I have past…read moreexperiences building dioramas and I passed these techniques on to him during the project. I had won many model train auctions with CabinFever and Weiss and the locomotives were all Diesel and he wanted some steam engines. So, his birthday was coming up and I gave him a budget and thought to try Stout Auctions for the first time. He picked out two steam engines as his birthday gift on Aug 8 and I paid same day. The resulting chaos that ensued with delayed shipping prompted me to never return. Stout's website says allow us up to 10 days to ship we have thousands of items. His birthday was coming up. I won the Auction August 8, 2024, received my invoice same day and paid same day. Now, it's Aug 13th his birthday only days away, I had not received any shipping notifications. My experience with Cabinfever and Weiss was a week or less I had the items delivered. So, I emailed , " where are my items?" The reply was " we just got your payment". Excuse me, fake news, I paid you days ago. The response destroyed my trust with Stout being honest and disappointed him in his birthday. So, we went back to Cabinfever auctions and found 2 steam engines and these arrived only a couple days after I won. I then attempted to cancel the original order and received in return the policy on chargebacks and cancels so I was at the point of calling credit card company and getting a chargeback nothing definitive my order was going to be canceled, just left wondering what is going on. Well I get a notice my order is now ready to ship on Aug 22. I thought I canceled this? I emailed asked to speak to someone. I also called and ask to speak to CEO and what was his phone number and email address, never heard back on that one. I was called back by the Ops Manager and I affirmed my past decision to CANCEL MY ORDER, I am going to issue a charge back. I left the conversation thinking ok everything is resolved, my son has his new locomotives, albeit late for his birthday and my order is canceled. Ugh, not the case as today, Aug 26, I am NOW, days later still getting emails and text messages telling me my order is now ready to ship and asking me to pay for shipping and packing. What is going on at this company? I try to work with companies, I email, I call and if I feel I am not getting heard (today's texts and emails telling me my order is ready to ship and I need to pay for packing and shipping" , well I feel now I need to Yelp about this process. Avoid this place, the wheels are off.

Carla and her team at Sincerely Yours manage the estate sales professionally and with integrity. I…read morehave been to many of Carla's sales and this review is in response to Kecia. Carla's first priority is to the people who hire her to liquidate their belongings, not to cater to your lazy ass. Her prices reflect both the value of the merchandise and the demand that she understands since she is hosting sales almost every week. I have personally witnessed many shoppers who hide or hoard items and try to stall until the half off time begins. Often Carla makes everyone leave the building before starting the discount just to prevent cheaters like yourself from gaming her sales routine. The items for sale are always well represented and the owners deserve every opportunity to get as much for their items as Carla can get them. The team at Sincerely Yours is helpful, courteous and fair to everyone who attends a sale. I have bought many items over the past five years and I have never heard Carla speak negatively towards the owners she represents. I have watched her patiently deal with some really awful characters who think they should get some exception to the rules because they are spoiled brats. I write this review to balance what I feel is an unfair attack on a solid business that goes out of their way to provide good service with a friendly smile. If I ever need to sell my belongings Carla will be the first and only person I contact to have a successful estate sale.

Saying "all this stuff is crap" and things to that nature. They also were pretty unfriendly and taking on FaceTime while I was in there. I love estate sales but felt very awkward from the awkward energy they were giving. I get it's the end of the day but be a little professional.
