DO NOT USE this company. Rip Off Scam. Picked up a 3bd/3bath/4 car garage home of stuff in September in Logansport, Indiana and listed everything online for $1 minimum bid. It was never communicated - Plus they listed home items with other lots from other home owners. Lost thousands of dollars! Final check for family came to $449.35. read more

Worst auction company I have ever dealt with, and that's out of 100+. Auction manager is rude. My scheduled pickup time where they said they would have everything ready, I had to wait 40 minutes for them to find and gather my items. They only gave a 2 hour window (which they only tell you those hours after the auction is complete). If you don't make their small time window on such short notice, you get charged a fee, they then charge your card on file so that they can collect even more fees even if you were paying cash. They then tell you that you can get your items from 3-4 on Tuesday or Friday, which doesn't help anyone that works dayshift hours. They typically only display 1 pic per item without any description. After posting a review, they closed my account so that I could not even access my invoice! Avoid them and choose a company that will get more money for your items by having descriptions and more pics! read more

I was overwhelmed by the tireless assistance I recieved through John Burnau and his team at Metzgers. My dad's estate was huge in scope and despite the roadblocks and the poor treatment he recieved by one family member, he stayed the course and did a fantastic job. Thanks the the entire Metzger team.
