The other hallmark was the way other mattress companies nearby were criticized as if we wouldn't find anything similar or better anywhere else. The false sense of urgency that this is the best deal is a weak sales tactic and showed the limited options and inexperienced salesperson we were working with. It's one thing to differentiate yourself and your service from your competition, it's another thing to bad mouth your competitors and pretend like we the consumer doesn't have a myriad of other options. The benefit of mattress companies is that you don't have to settle for poor service and limited options. We took our business to Mattress Firm.

She is the manager at that location. Upon our arrival to the store, she had us try one of their hybrid mattresses. The store is currently having a 60% off sale on mattresses. We bought two. She gave us an additional deep discount on top of the sale. The Sterns and Foster seems to be a good quality mattress.
