I'm on my 3rd machine, as insurance says to upgrade every 5 years. They always remind me when it's time for new hoses, head gear, etc - when I call monthly for a face cushion. Hubby uses someone else for his needs (insurance issue) and I see what he goes through, so i'm very happy my doctor recommended North Central Respiratory to me and they were in my network. They come to the house for fittings and to drop off new machines/make adjustments. The staff has always been super polite.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAMS AND RUDE!!!!! I've gone to this place for 5 years and my first…read moremachine i got was from them. The insurance paid for it and i didn't have to pay anything. After 5 years my insurance said i am due for an upgrade so i got the new machine. After having it for 3 months i get a bill from North Central Respiratory saying that i am renting this machine which i did not want to rent. My insurance paid for it and i don't need to pay for anything so they scammed me and my insurance so they can make more money for something my insurance paid for, but they sold it to me without telling me that i am renting it. I had my wife call them and they were so rude to here and treated her so bad and she started crying because of how rude they were and can't believe how they treat people. I called them today and the manager and the lady named leslie was so rude to me and they told me " if i don't want the machine i have to bring it back" when i got the machine they brought it to me i didn't have to take it to them. So they want me to take the machine back and rip me off and the insurance after something they are scamming me for. They want me to drive 2 hours to take them the machine back from something that my insurance paid for and they are scamming them by "renting" the machine to me.
