I've been playing softball here for years, and overall it's a solid complex. Glendale Sports…read moreComplex has well-maintained fields, plenty of space, and usually enough parking. It's also generally pretty organized, which goes a long way when you're dealing with multiple leagues and games going on at once. That said... they're making some seriously questionable decisions right now. They decided to install solar panels during one of the busiest times of the year, which has cut the parking lot in half. So now everyone's forced to park on nearby streets--which would be fine, except the signage is confusing at best and borderline impossible to interpret at worst. To make things worse, police have suddenly started patrolling the area constantly and handing out tickets like crazy. I've been coming here for years and never seen ticketing like this before--it honestly feels like shooting fish in a barrel. And yes, they'll even ticket you for not curbing your wheels. Between the reduced parking, unclear street rules, and aggressive enforcement, it really feels like a cash grab--and it's frustrating for people who are just trying to show up and play. All that said, I still appreciate having this complex. It's a great spot for both softball and soccer, and when things are running smoothly, it's a really enjoyable place to play. Bottom line: great facility, but right now the parking situation is a mess. Plan ahead... or risk leaving with more than just a loss on the field.

I was invited by my cousin to watch her child play a flag football game and low and behold, it was at this complex that I've driven by multiple times! In order to get to the complex, you have to drive by multiple homes upwards toward the hills, and suddenly, you see the complex. I had to use my waze to figure it out how to get to the complex. Once you are here, you will find multiple free parking spaces. You will also see several playing fields. Several games were being played, so it's a good thing my cousin told me which field to look for. They are numbered. Very clean and well kept. Grass is turf. No seats, so standing room at the sidelines only. Bring a chair and some food because no venders.

The staff in the community center was really nice, I had needed some copies made for the event and someone helped me with no hesitation. The restrooms were really clean. There was a pool and plenty of street parking. Definitely recommend.

As a spectator, I know the Pasadena Soccer League plays here, but not sure if they are the only league using this place. They've got bleachers on one side and when I watch a game during fall/winter evening, it is cold as heck!!! Bring your thickest jackets, gloves, beanies, thermals, etc. I've seen families bring their fleece blankets to watch a game! Since my boyfriend plays soccer here, I asked him what he thinks of this field. He says the field is a decent place to play at...astro turf and all. The guys and gals in the league are all pretty cool people to play with. The lady who is always overlooking all the games seems like an awesome person. She's friendly, helpful, and has on more than one occasion been quick to aid an injured player. The field seems pretty well kept and has all the adequate equipment needed. Back to my point of view. After watching games at Pomona and not having decent bleachers to sit at over there, I'd say I'm a bigger fan of Robinson Park. Although it gets cold, I can easily fix that. As i mentioned earlier, it's multipurpose. It's actually a football field and a baseball field with basketball courts on the side. And from what I've heard, they have a free gym? This place seems pretty cool to me!
