On their radio show they frequently made the point of Capital's complete analysis of your existing system and equipment. Many potential improvements to my older system were discussed and how this would provide better comfort and efficiency. Justin D. explained in language I could understand and answered all my questions. I appreciated their respect for my home and wore disposals slip on booties. I noticed they were the only HVAC company to actually use a scope type camera tool to validate problem areas. They showed me, real time, what they discovered. I feel they were the most thorough and felt my issues were each addressed. I have not yet made a final decision on my replacement company but I solidly recommend Capital Heating as a quality organization with great customer service and support.

I lost power to my door bell, my laundry room, and of course I couldn't hang my new light! I called Roman electric, they were going to take five days to get out to my house. I called Current and the secretary told me I might be lucky because some people canceled. I had a guy out in an hour! I got the problem fixed for $483.00. The laundry room light and my door bell works now. The electrician Sean even installed my new light for me! Very happy. I will call them again if I find a need. They were less expensive than another company I looked at so I decided to go with them and they did a great job! One of the light fixtures I bought was broken (unknown to me) and they didn't even tell me until later that they went to get a replacement for me and didn't charge me for it! Admittedly they were unsure if they broke it, but either way it was nice that they took care of it without needing me to go get and pay for the replacement. I was so impressed that with his promptness, work, and price that I made a note to use him exclusively, This week the water heater stopped working again. It is 15 years old and the life expectancy of water heaters is 10-15 years, so I thought I would have to replace it. I went to Home Depot which referred me to a service company 300 miles away. They said an electrical permit and an electrician would be required -- true, if it is a NEW installation. The extra $450 made me balk. I decide to call Clear Flo again, figuring there was always a chance that it might be something that could be repaired. Bryan made an appointment, called to say he would be a few minutes late. When he arrived, he immediately checked the circuit breaker (my first guess, too), then removed a small panel on the water heater, pushed a red button, and the problem was solved. Total charge: $0.
