    Saw her in July 2026 in Bridgewater. First time. Had to wait 1 hour! Then took wax out of my ears…read more Fine. Next said always have sinus issues. She looked at my right nostril with I think was just a little flashlight pen looked into my nostril, not going all the way inside and stated, Oh it's inflammation. Then come to find out that she charged my medicare $766.00 for and endoscopy which is a specific procedure that entails a tube connected to an endoscope with a tiny camera and light and then projects images onto a screen. This procedure takes about 40 mins.,an anesthetic is used first and then an endoscopy is performed going through the nostril, nasal cavity and sinuses. This procedure was NOT done! Ent billing told me that even if she Quick Looks in your nose w/ a light they consider it an endoscopy. Great loopholes to get around what an actual procedure is and how should be billed. This is part of the reason our Medicare charges go up every year. I will never go back there again! Always ask what will be charged!
