But the owner can be very judge-mental and accusatory. I was told not to speak to her during car rides but another housemate engaged in lengthy conversations with her, shutting out the rest of (ie: me) of inclusion. Thank you Therapist Michelle Sherman for being my Therapist during our weekly sessions since 2021(5…read moreyears). The reason I met you was due to suicidal and homicidal ideations. And childhood trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Because of your due diligence, commitment, caring heart and therapeutic processes I prevailed and overcame the triggers from the trauma. You remained consistent in my treatment and gave me a reason to live and want to live and not just exist and encouraged me to continue using Self care routinely and consistently. Your focus of therapy has been to support my emotional well-being, coping skills that kept me focused on my purpose and destiny and not focused on the problems and pain of the past, personal growth, and overall mental health needs. You taught me not to look back, think back, or feel back. But you encouraged me to look, think and move forward to accomplish my DESTINY Thank youuuu and may God Bless you and your precious family.

However, the lingering trauma Palisades Fires brought me to Michele's doorstep for EMDR which she miraculously used to lift the trauma. But so many other things were happening with my family that I continued seeing her and she is a lifesaver. Unlike all the other therapists I have found Michele to be intuitive, willing to work out of the box to come up with solutions, and personally invested in my getting better. I cannot recommend her enough...indeed she is the only therapist I've ever encountered who I would recommend.

This Inneractions of today (new owner) is run like a headless zombie. Definitely not for people who seek consistent, compassionate care. I've been struggling with depression for over 10 years, and now more recently with anxiety and OCD. She's honestly been so wonderful and my mental health has improved significantly since when we first started. She's taught me ways to mitigate my depressive/anxious/intrusive thoughts, given me action items to put myself outside of my OCD comfort zone, shown me how to deal with anxiety/panic attacks, and more. I'm leading a much healthier lifestyle in terms of how I treat myself and others, which has led to achieving a much more peaceful state of mind than I thought was ever really possible. She follows up with me on things we've discussed in the past, remembers details about me/my partner/my family, and is overall very easy to open up to. I feel so much more in control of my emotions and problems now, which has not only helped me but everyone in my life around me. I would really recommend Yvonne to anyone as a top tier therapist.
