I love Schlotzsky's sandwiches, especially the "Original". If I worked at a Schlotzsky's I'd weigh more than a semi truck! The Cinnabons is a nice bonus, as I love their giant cinnamon rolls. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. They can't keep help, so no one will answer the phone to take an order. If you go inside, the wait is ridiculous. I tried to order online to bypass the wait and could not use my BOGO code. I tried to use my BOGO coupon inside and the young man behind the counter insisted I had to use the app. My app wouldn't load this coupon and I've had other managers key in the code and make it work. So disappointed. I just wanted to order supper after a long day at work. My advice- go somewhere else. read more

I waited way too long in the drive thru. Worker repeated my order and I had to correct it. They seemed flustered about having to correct it. Then I move on. Still a long wait. Drive back to my office and they did not correct the order. Gave it to a coworker and went without lunch. read more

Schlotzsky's - Was supposed to be a small meal. No mayo. With ranch. Plain chips. I corrected when they called it out wrong. - Sandwiches Near Me - Gilmer, Texas

service was good. the inside was filthy!!! No customers & should be cleaning.there is so much trash on floors which can't be from just today.... looks like it has not been swept in days!! when it opened several years ago it was very nice and clean....needs new management-no wonder why there are no customers read more

I went through the drive thru tonight and waited 20 minutes for my order with no cars ahead of me! I did not receive the correct order and I was given someone else's order along with my order, so I handed the order back that was not mine. Once I got home I opened up my order and I was given the wrong salad/dressing and my soup didn't have any toppings. Lack of attention to orders! Never have a problem when I go during the day! read more

We were the only ones in the drive through. Empty inside. Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and that's all. Paid for at 6:59. Get our food finally at 7:24. Sandwiches were $11 each. Do better. read more

Food was amazing and fast and good customer service Looked like they liked working there. Girl with black hair was so nice and sweet welcomed us in read more

I ordered the Greek Salad. After waiting 30 minutes, and watching the staff deliver orders for 3 people who ordered after me I approached the counter and asked about my order. I then watched as the manager went into kitchen and start creating my salad. He then yelled at me to move away from the counter. After an exchange of words he asked if I wanted a refund which I said yes. Rude and apparently a lousy manager. Unless you have plenty of time don't come here. read more

We love stopping at Schlotzsky's for a light meal when we are traveling. We have been to several different locations all over the state of Tread. This is by far the BEST location!! The food was fixed too perfection. The customer service was excellent - pleasant, polite, accommodating. The young man who helped us was obviously raised by some wonderful parents and mentored by the perfect example of a supervisor. We will definitely be making this a standard stop when traveling through Gilmer. Thank you so much for an excellent dining experience! read more

The price is so high a frog can't jump it so be ready to cough up a lot for a sandwich that just same as as cheese and bacon!

My original combo was very bad. Bun was not the requested "extra hot", sandwich was barely warm, meat cold, cheese not melted. Location seemed under staffed. Very disappointing. read more

We hadn't been to a Schlotzsky's in ages, so we jumped at the chance to go while we were visiting family. Just as good as I remember! I got the Fiesta Chicken. The bread on Schlotzsky's sandwiches is simply amazing, and I like that their chipotle duce is flavorful without being overwhelmingly spicy. Service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was nice and clean. This is always a good choice for a quick meal, as even my weirdly picky kids found something to enjoy. Five stars for Schlotzsky's! No pics because we were too busy eating. read more

Food is always good, I would not recommend the ham on the salad, it's always a cubed something, everything is always prepared right or made right. I would watch the price you can over die the order. read more

Food tasted fine but waiting 36 minutes plus to get a sandwich and then have to ask about where your order is crazy! Looked to be worried more about the drive-thru than those eating inside. Hopefully the service will improve! read more

Very expensive food. I was willing to pay more than $13 for a medium roast beef sandwich, chips and a coke, assuming that I would get an exceptional meal. Bread was cold and stale, meat was minimal and cold. Cheese was cold and the sandwich was bland. Not enough condiments, too many dill pickle chips. No napkins to be found anywhere in the restaurant. Had to wait in line to ask for napkins. There was absolutely no effort to try to provide a sandwich worth what I paid for it! I'll never return... read more

Always love lunch at this restaurant. HOWEVER, my wife and I stopped for breakfast at the drive thru. Simply ordered egg and cheese burritos. It was basically a teaspoon of egg wrapped in a giant tortilla. I could have just ordered a tortilla. I kept thinking, as i ate it, I would eventually get to some egg. Here is a pic of the exciting time when i got to the teaspoon of egg. read more

The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the gluten free options at the restaurant. Although the restaurant was busy with guests inside the store, as well as in the drive through, he took his time to make sure we got what we wanted. Wonderful service! read more

Food is usually good, just over priced. You'll easily spend $15 on lunch. A plus side.. they have never gotten my order wrong.

This was my first time to a Scholtsky's and we liked it so much we went back the following day. The food was excellent and the customer service was awesome! The cashier brought out our food and checked back to make sure we didn't need anything else. Thank you! read more
