Schlotzsky's - Large The Original- excellent - would of liked more onions buts that's just me - Delis Near Me - Corpus Christi, Texas

My hubby works at the refinery. I picked up lunch today for him. I grabbed the California Sandwich with Sour Cream chips. I added a sweet tea and a pickle. This was to-go! I didn't go inside. The meal was so good my husband said. The drive through lady was so kind. She had a great smile. We will return. read more

Schlotzsky's - To go! - Delis Near Me - Corpus Christi, Texas

The service at this location is horrible . My receipt states Anastazia was at the drive up window . From the time I pulled up to the speaker - you could tell she had an attitude . At the window - the attitude continued with disrespect . She was mad or in a really bad mood OR is that how she is all of the time ? She definitely does not belong in a job that requires customer service and that day - she'd have rather been somewhere else because she definitely didn't want to be at work. My business will now be at a location that appreciates their customers. read more

My favorite sandwich I've been eating them since the 70's always good hot and plenty!!

Terrible customer service. Has your food sitting there talking to people and when I ask if my food is done, they try to gaslight me saying I called it and you didn't answer.. it was 20min I would hope you wouldn't quietly whisper it 1 time. Do not even go to support on the app, they do not care. Just don't eat here period, nothing but SLOPPY service! read more

Arrived to the restaurant with a few cars in the drive-through and no cars parked in front. Walked inside stood at the counter for quite a few minutes no employees found. I mean no one around at all. It's like they all quit and walked out. No one came to the counter to serve me. I turned around and walked out saving my money. read more

Schlotzsky's - Temp hours - Delis Near Me - Corpus Christi, Texas

I get that you close at 10pm according to business hours plastered on your door and on google. I went in the drive thru at 9:42pm and was answered with a recorded message saying you were closed. If you close at 10pm you stop serving at that time not before then. read more

Made a $110 order for lunch today and when the order was delivered we did not get drinks or chips. We called manager and they blamed door dash which was the company they chose to use for delivery. Very disappointed in management response. They would not even credit for the part of the order that was not delivered. I recommend shopping somewhere else when ordering out. Not impressed at all with this team of people. read more

Every time I come to this particular location I am always amazed at how disappointing the staff is. All the staff gives attitude, and rude. they take FOREVER for the food even when there is no one else at the restaurant or in the drive-thru. I was waiting 30 minutes for a small sandwich and after waiting and asking for it all of a sudden they "ran out" of the soup I ordered. I love the restaurant but can't stand this location. read more

This place is a joke-and for SOME REASON the website won't connect you to the CONTACT US portion of the site to leave a comment AND the 800# goes to a voice mail. Do you really not want too know how sorry this locations makes the brand look?!?!?! I saw an add for an offer thru the app so I asked the girl taking my order how their reward program works.... she said "I'm new.... I have no idea" So I placed a to-go order for my Original and then ask if the RUEBEN is still available-since it's not on the board..... told it's not. Then she comes back and says "oh the Rueben is available". Ok... I'll take the Rueben on Rye. I go sit down to wait for my to-go order and a different girl comes out and says who ordered the Rueben? Oh, we don't have that anymore. REALLY?!?!?!? Just give me a refund for that sandwich so I can get out of here. She comes back with my order on a tray.... asking who has the Original..... me, but it's to go. Not a dine in. Clueless, could care less, negative attitudes across the board. Waste of every ones time. read more

The girl at the window got so angry that I asked for extra hot sauce that she threw them at me and yelled that she was only allowed to give two. When I called to speak to a manager they both giggled over the phone. Such terrible service. And I was super calm and honestly just confused. read more

Services at the Weber location is awful. The drive thru cashier is rude, the manager is young and completely one experienced with handling customer complaints. They feel they have the authority to treat customers as they do because their response, "there is no corporate, we are franchised and you are speaking to the manager". The manager refused to provide her name to me. It's the one of the most unprofessional establishment's for fast food I have ever been to. Requesting to have a different drink because it didn't taste correctly and asking for napkins, and having them say, I only gave you 2 packages of hot sauce because that's what I'm allowed to give when I asked for more sauce, it was aggressive shoved into my hand with "here". Franchised or not, an establishment must be inline with the policies and guidelines behind the name id Schlotzsky's. I will never return and I will contact headquarters. This occurred last week. read more

I give this location a 3 because the food is normally very good BUT the drive through always takes a very long time. The other night was the worst - 32 minutes! read more

I thought I'd give them another try since they obviously don't know how to either listen read or write, yet again they've proven that, we asked for the chicken bacon smoke cheesy and got home it was roast beef, I don't know how you mixed chicken and roast beef since the meats aren't the same color at all, the Dr pepper takes like it's flat or something and had to upgrade cause they didn't have medium size lids like ok, the money spent here is too much to be messing up peoples orders like this read more

Simplistic not anything out of the ordinary. Just a bunch of stoner kids making sandwiches

Ate here for the first time today. I ordered a medium Turkey sandwich and a side garden salad. The salad looked like it had been sitting in the container for days. The lettuce, croutons, and tomato's were so slimy and gross I couldn't even eat much. After eating this and sharing with my 1 and 2 year old, we all got sick immediately and have been sick & throwing up all day. This place is disgusting and must not be clean if we got sick immediately after eating the food. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I had lunch here with a couple of colleagues yesterday. I've been to Schlotzsky's many times and they have the best sandwiches and great pizza. The Sourdough bread is what makes them so good. Food was awesome! Came out hot and fresh. It was pretty clean when we went, quite a bit of seating for as small as the restaurant is.

I have just had the very worst experience visit on all my adult years and will be contacting corporate on this one. Waited 10 mins as everyone walked by and just looked our way., including a manager who looked at us twice. Was told by a girl that just walked in and walked up to the counter that she wasn't here so that's why we had to wait. I guess when she's in break they close the front counter. Then was told I couldn't get my "birthday rewards sandwich" on a sandwich using the Udi's bun. I guess if you need gluten free buns, you don't get a birthday reward here. We ended up with no pickles on the plate so my brother went up and asked for them and she walked off, came back with 3 pickles and walked back off without a word. I even heard a man at the next table tell his wife "If I owned this place I'd fire all three of them. The manager seems to just go with the flow, the girl at the front counter doesn't want to do any more than she has to and the girl at the drive thru seems to be clueless" read more

This place needs trained staff! I ordered online, was emailed it was time to pick up. I walked over because work is in the same center, my car was at the dealership getting tuned up, as soon as I walked in an older employee came out to say " You'll have to go through the drive thru, we aren't taking payments here." There were 2 people in the restaurant eating indoors, and 2 cars in the line. She walked away. When she walked by again, I explained why I had no car, and she went to tell the cook (seemed to be in charge), and for 20 minutes they ignored me. A young guy came to get some cinnamon bun for another order, and said, " You will have to wait a long time, I said "Well then cancel my order" Why have people working for you that don't even want to be there, are rude, and untrained in proper customer service. I will never be back, if the food is good the poor staff ruins it all! read more

First time I've ever been to a Schlotsky's in my life and I can see why there's only one location in Corpus Christi. We walk up to the counter and they say "we are out of roast beef, turkey and small buns". If I would have known this was a catering company and not a restaurant I wouldn't have stopped by. Apparently they are worried about getting the catering taken care of that instead of ordering more meat, they just cut the walk in customers off, make them wait for their order and usually not what they wanted cause they're out of everything. They really need to shut this place down and save the customers the trouble. Keep catering but shut it down for walk ins. It's really embarrassing having to have the cashier break the bad news to customers and then wait 30 minutes for their food cause of all the catering. read more

They were always my favorite but they must have changed their meat supplier because most of their meat is now thicker and full of gristle. So I started getting turkey but last time even that was gross. What happened to Schlotzsky's? read more

Arrived at Schlotzkeys at 9:30, doors said they didn't close until 10, and it was locked. Went through the drive through where they said they were open, and the lobby "should be open", we told them it was closed and they said well you can order through here. Where is the management? Checked their website before going to this location, the folks wanted a BLT..Went through the drive thru, the person on the other end tells me they've never had BLT's. I wanted to leave but there was a truck in front of me and a car behind me..The girl said a turkey club was the same thing..So I asked if she could leave out the turkey..Ok..When I got to the window I pointed out the picture of the BLT on their website..The tattooed girl said she had never seen their website and she has worked there for a long time..(I'm not sure I would have admitted that) After spending 15 minutes in the drive thru, went home and found they had indeed left the turkey on the sandwich and not included the chips I paid for..The food is not bad, just don't go through the drive thru so you can check your order before leaving..Better yet, go to a different location.. read more
