Arrived to the restaurant with a few cars in the drive-through and no cars parked in front. Walked inside stood at the counter for quite a few minutes no employees found. I mean no one around at all. Made a $110 order for lunch today and when the order was delivered we did not get drinks or chips. We called manager and they blamed door dash which was the company they chose to use for delivery. Very disappointed in management response. They would not even credit for the part of the order that was not delivered. I recommend shopping somewhere else when ordering out. Every time I come to this particular location I am always amazed at how disappointing the staff is. All the staff gives attitude, and rude. they take FOREVER for the food even when there is no one else at the restaurant or in the drive-thru. Services at the Weber location is awful. The drive thru cashier is rude, the manager is young and completely one experienced with handling customer complaints. They feel they have the authority to treat customers as they do because their response, "there is no corporate, we are franchised and you are speaking to the manager". The manager refused to provide her name to me. It's the one of the most unprofessional establishment's for fast food I have ever been to. Requesting to have a different drink because it didn't taste correctly and asking for napkins, and having them say, I only gave you 2 packages of hot sauce because that's what I'm allowed to give when I asked for more sauce, it was aggressive shoved into my hand with "here". Franchised or not, an establishment must be inline with the policies and guidelines behind the name id Schlotzsky's. I will never return and I will contact headquarters. Ate here for the first time today. I ordered a medium Turkey sandwich and a side garden salad. The salad looked like it had been sitting in the container for days. The lettuce, croutons, and tomato's were so slimy and gross I couldn't even eat much. After eating this and sharing with my 1 and 2 year old, we all got sick immediately and have been sick & throwing up all day. This place is disgusting and must not be clean if we got sick immediately after eating the food. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I have just had the very worst experience visit on all my adult years and will be contacting corporate on this one. Waited 10 mins as everyone walked by and just looked our way., including a manager who looked at us twice. Was told by a girl that just walked in and walked up to the counter that she wasn't here so that's why we had to wait. I guess when she's in break they close the front counter. Then was told I couldn't get my "birthday rewards sandwich" on a sandwich using the Udi's bun. I guess if you need gluten free buns, you don't get a birthday reward here. We ended up with no pickles on the plate so my brother went up and asked for them and she walked off, came back with 3 pickles and walked back off without a word. This place needs trained staff! I ordered online, was emailed it was time to pick up. I walked over because work is in the same center, my car was at the dealership getting tuned up, as soon as I walked in an older employee came out to say " You'll have to go through the drive thru, we aren't taking payments here." There were 2 people in the restaurant eating indoors, and 2 cars in the line. She walked away. When she walked by again, I explained why I had no car, and she went to tell the cook (seemed to be in charge), and for 20 minutes they ignored me. A young guy came to get some cinnamon bun for another order, and said, " You will have to wait a long time, I said "Well then cancel my order" Why have people working for you that don't even want to be there, are rude, and untrained in proper customer service. I had lunch here with a couple of colleagues yesterday. I've been to Schlotzsky's many times and they have the best sandwiches and great pizza. The Sourdough bread is what makes them so good. First time I've ever been to a Schlotsky's in my life and I can see why there's only one location in Corpus Christi. We walk up to the counter and they say "we are out of roast beef, turkey and small buns". If I would have known this was a catering company and not a restaurant I wouldn't have stopped by. Apparently they are worried about getting the catering taken care of that instead of ordering more meat, they just cut the walk in customers off, make them wait for their order and usually not what they wanted cause they're out of everything. They really need to shut this place down and save the customers the trouble. Keep catering but shut it down for walk ins. It's really embarrassing having to have the cashier break the bad news to customers and then wait 30 minutes for their food cause of all the catering. read more

Arrived at Schlotzkeys at 9:30, doors said they didn't close until 10, and it was locked. Went through the drive through where they said they were open, and the lobby "should be open", we told them it was closed and they said well you can order through here. Where is the management? How do you expect to get good reviews when this is the kind of service you provide your customers?! So annoying. read more

Based on reviews I was skeptical to stop here, but I'm glad I did. The cashier was courteous and patiently guided me through redemption of a reward. My order was quickly prepared as ordered and everything was fresh and tasty. The dining area was clean and spacious as well. FYI-there is a Coke Freestyle machine. Checked their website before going to this location, the folks wanted a BLT..Went through the drive thru, the person on the other end tells me they've never had BLT's. I wanted to leave but there was a truck in front of me and a car behind me..The girl said a turkey club was the same thing..So I asked if she could leave out the turkey..Ok..When I got to the window I pointed out the picture of the BLT on their website..The tattooed girl said she had never seen their website and she has worked there for a long time..(I'm not sure I would have admitted that) After spending 15 minutes in the drive thru, went home and found they had indeed left the turkey on the sandwich and not included the chips I paid for..The food is not bad, just don't go through the drive thru so you can check your order before leaving..Better yet, go to a different location.. read more

Pulled into drive thru the speaker headset did not work. Cashier asked me to pull forward behind another car. I sat there for ten minutes and they still had not taken my order.
