Schedules is over-priced but they have great stuff. The secret is their close-out and clearance sales. Almost identical if you shop those regularly, you can find some pretty good deals. To pay retail working somewhere else for a cheaper price. The reason I gave him a three and instead of four is whatever diffuser they have going upstairs. It smells horrible. The whole upstairs on the west side is permeated by that smell and it's nauseating. Everybody was complaining about it. I don't like smelly stuff when it's overbearing.

Absolutely amazing!!! This place is a total experience. We have been to the one in Reno. They are pretty much the same. The store is super clean, the service is beyond amazing and there is something for everyone here. Such a fun store. Must experience! Even if you are just window shopping, come here and make sure you walk through the whole store. You will not regret it.

WENT FOR THE EXPERIENCE, CAME HOME WITH A NEW FRIEND. We had never been but have heard good things. We decided to see what all the fuss was about. This place was awesome and they sell everything! Literally everything. The tropical fish aquarium was beautiful. Ferris wheel in the middle of the store... Wow. Mini bowling, okay I see you. Small food court, yeah nice. This place was so much fun just to walk around... Came home with a new friend to add to our garden gnome family. Definitely going again.

LOVE this place! It's like a mall but with necessary items. There's two lanes of Duck Pin Bowling, there are weights, home décor, fishing and hunting necessities, thermals, games, & clothing/shoes. AND PURA VIDA. Walked out with $1,000 of clothes, they have good variety. All name brand clothing. Love the North Face! I did leave out the most fabulous part, there are the fishes! Such a beautiful spot to stop and breathe. Thanks for the awesome store. We need a Scheel's in NC! PLEASE!!!

I think there the best boots in Montana they have a store in Bozeman and have been there forever. I took my dad in and he found some great boots on sale. The prices are high but so is the quality they also have the best customer service I've ever seen in a shoe store. It's worth stopping g I like the western theme of decor

Haven't been back in Billings for years and to find that Scheels had moved and gotten bigger was a shock. A lot of things to look at and buy. It wasn't anything special but it was nice. read more

Customer service is on point. Took back a pair of boots today because the started to fall apart. Mind you, I had these boots for about 5 months. Called ahead and they said to bring them in. I get there, went to the customer service area, they called a manager after I told them the problem and is all they said was, "Find yourself what you need and we will take care of it." I had my receipt but it didn't matter. One store left in the world that stands behind there products. read more

This store is incredible. It's more like a mall made to look like a store. Every conceivable sporting good item is here. This must be on Travel Advisors "Must see" list when traveling to Billings. The aquarium in the entry and full size Ferris wheel is worth a trip. read more

My son asked me to return an item for him without a receipt. From the minute I entered the store & through my exchange process everyone was so nice & helpful. They assisted me in finding the item & offered to show me the rest of the store. What a showcase. Fish tank entry & Ferris wheel. Bright & clean!! read more

Went in Saturday afternoon. This place was busy, crazy busy, large crowd. Somehow it had no effect on our visit. Went upstairs, asked a young sales associate a question. To my surprise, he was giving competent answers from memory, took us straight to what we were looking for and could not have been more helpful or polite. I wish I knew your name young man, cheers anyway! Costs slightly more than sportsman's warehouse but whatevs. read more

This was an out of store experience at my place of work. I received a phone call where they were inquiring about a past employee. Note I am not aloud to give out any personal information about our employees. The manager on the phone was very pushy and had an attidude when she simply could've returned the package back to the USPS. she had claimed it was a return to sender but they received it due to being in a scheels box and the contents inside had the employees personal belongings which happened to have our company name on it. She proceeded to try to get information from me which I could not give out and was very rude about it as well. I had Stated that the address on the box was a coal mine and she proceeded to give me a lecture on she knows what it is and that she has employees of spouses working there. Well if you knew they place why don't you look up the address yourself instead of Harassing someone over the phone who has no control over your situation what so ever. I don't think she understood the fact I could not give personal information out, she should know that working in a higher up company. read more

I'm a big fan of Scheels. I bought a treadmill from Scheels 2 yrs ago. Within that time frame, there service reps came out several times for repairs. The incline stopped working beyond repair. Scheels replaced it without hesitation. I now have a new treadmill. Scheels stands by there guarantee. I recommend everyone buy their work out machines from Scheels. read more

Such a great store. Something for everyone! I love the shoe choices and the fun carousel. We also love seeing all the fish. There's plenty of room and lots of prices and choices for whatever it is you may be looking for. We had lots of employees ask if we needed help finding something. They were helpful. Just went in to find some new shoes for work. All 3 staff members that I worked with, from Kristin back in the shoe dept, to the gal that helped me with a tank top, all the way to the cashier, everyone was amazingly helpful and more than willing to help me out with positive attitudes and smiles on their faces. Just kind of a very uplifting afternoon shopping and I'll happily shop here as much as I can. read more

Knowledgeable and friendly staff in certain departments. I do think it's a bit overkill for every employee in the store to ask if I need help with something. By the time you have walked all the way through you may have been greeted by 10 different people. I would easily give this store 4 stars but I feel like I'm being assaulted by dozens of salespeople when I go here. read more
