They stripped his tail with a tool that should never be used on a collie. Next picture is how he looked before they ruined him.

They ruined my dog. When I spoke to the manager Samantha her response is I'm not a groomer, none of the techs are groomers no one has a license. I brought in a champion rough collie and they used a tool to strip his tail. I showed picture to breeder who said that never should have been done , Samantha's excuse was he had dry skin which is common for collies. He as NOT matted when he came in as she claimed, he needed a good brushing. I asked if she had ever groomed a rough collie before her answer was she's not a groomer nobody is a groomer. They ruined my dog do not go there none of them are groomers they should not be in business Photo of stripped tail and photo of him before bringing him in. What they did is pitiful. They are NOT groomers they are dog bathers. Horrible.

They're okay, but room for improvement. Especially in the hair cutting of the legs. The girls that work here are very nice.

I trusted this facility with my 15-year-old dog. I deeply regret it…read more I brought my 15-year-old dog, Chloe, to Woof Gang Palm Beach Island for grooming on June 16. Chloe is elderly and blind in one eye, and before her appointment, my husband specifically warned the staff to be extremely careful around her eyes. Immediately after the appointment, Chloe was visibly uncomfortable. She was squinting, tearing, unable to fully open her eye, and behaving completely differently than normal. The photo attached to this review was taken immediately after her grooming appointment. We took her to an emergency veterinarian, where she was diagnosed with a corneal ulcer in the same eye we had specifically asked the groomer to be careful around. She required prescription eye medication, pain medication, and follow-up veterinary care. When I contacted Woof Gang, I was initially told that they had not seen or been made aware of an injury and that they had no evidence that anything happened while Chloe was in their care. Despite that, the facility ultimately agreed in writing to refund the grooming service and reimburse the veterinary expenses related to her treatment. The financial reimbursement is not what bothers me most. It is what happened to my dog and how the situation was handled afterward. Unfortunately, the impact did not end when Chloe's eye healed. Months later, because I no longer felt comfortable taking her to a traditional groomer, I brought her to her own veterinarian specifically to be groomed. We drove 30 minutes each way, gave her medication beforehand, and took every precaution we could. Despite all of that, Chloe was so fearful of being handled that the veterinary staff could not safely groom her. Her veterinarian has also observed a significant change in her behavior and level of fear since the grooming incident. Chloe physically recovered from the eye injury, but she has not gone back to being the same dog when it comes to grooming and being handled. What makes this especially upsetting is that we were repeat customers. I trusted this business with my elderly dog and specifically communicated her vulnerability before the appointment. I have retained the veterinary records, invoices, photographs, and written communications with the facility documenting what occurred. I will never bring Chloe back to this facility, and I would encourage other pet owners, particularly those with elderly, medically vulnerable, or anxious dogs to do their research carefully before choosing a groomer.

Horribly unprofessional I booked this groomer regularly and…read moreyesterday they were confirmed to arrive at our house at 2pm. After notifying me they were arriving 15 minutes early they encountered a road block from some road work that was easily rounded by using the detour. They texted me at 1:46, not called TEXTED me and when I didn't answer by 1:52 because I was with my kids they notified me VIA TEXT that they were going to the next appointment and skipping us. At 1:53 I saw my phone and called and they refused to come to our home even though I provided information on how to navigate the detour. They said they'd come back on Sunday and groom the dogs since they missed up Saturday. Sunday night when they never came by I texted and received this answer "no find someone else" ?! Horribly unprofessional and unkind.

I've been trying to get my guys an appointment for about 3 1/2 weeks now. Unfortunately, instead of…read morethe friendly responses, usually with multiple availabilities, all I've gotten is "sorry, we're booked" or "sorry, no availability" with an updated pricing list for dogs that are not only aggressive but also senile or sick; seriously? My guys are 14 and 16 1/2. One has heart disease and the older one has difficulty standing...because he's 16 1/2. I told her at the 1st appointment not to even bother messing with their teeth or trying to brush them because they both have dental disease and I apply spray and gel to their teeth myself. She always tried to apply the gel or spray anyway. If they gave her a hard time, that was her decision because shed already been told not to. They are less and less tolerant of having their nails trimmed, for several reasons. I was aware she was having difficulty doing their nails by the way she was speaking to me after their last visit but I brushed it off as her just being tired or whatever. If you work with animals in any capacity, especially as a groomer or as a vet tech (which I did my entire adult life until I became disabled a few years ago) then you know 99% of dogs and cats despise having their feet touched, let alone their nails trimmed. As someone who also had my own dog training business, if you can't or dont want to work with a client and their pet anymore, for whatever reason, then you find a professional way to TELL THEM. You dont ignore them and give them the runaround, especially when they've been a loyal client who's given you a fantastic review on Yelp. Im going back to taking my boys to their previous groomer who is at a pet hospital. I liked the mobile grooming because im disabled and driving is dang near impossible for me but I guess I have no choice now. We were always friendly towards eachother and she was always sending pictures throughout their grooming sessions, then its literally like she got tired of them. All she had to do was say she didn't want to groom my dogs anymore but she decided to go about it in the most unprofessional way. I really liked her grooming skills and found her prices very reasonable, especially since she was a mobile groomer. I wish she had talked to me about issues she may have been having with my dogs... or any dogs for that matter. Im a certified dog trainer and, as I said, worked as a vet tech; I could've given her some helpful advice on how to handle cats and dogs she might find difficult for a variety of reasons. It's her business to run as she pleases though. Even with all this said, I'd still say give her a chance, my old men always looked great after their time with her ‍. Hopefully going forward, she'll be more upfront and professional.
