STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! They nicked my dog. Horrible! Uneven job with the grooming, they totally ignored the reference pictures we showed, and worst of all , they left cut marks all over my doggies stomach. They nicked his skin in a very sensitive area and now he is licking it. On top of it all, incredibly expensive. I called to complain and they only gave excuses, took no responsibility and did not offer refund. They said the cuts are "normal". My dog is 3 and gets groomed once a month, and this is has never happened before anywhere else. They really need to find a new groomer and offer better custom support. What a gem of a place! My pitbull does not like water and bathing her is a challenge. Here they have a professional groomer but they also have DIY wash stations set up with every type of dog shampoo, conditioner, treatment you can imagine. I took Daisy in and it was so easy! Great products, hair dryer, towels, everything I needed! I will be doing this on a regular basis from now on. It was super inexpensive but then I did spend more $ on all the fabulous treats and toys in the store! Their prices were lower than the other chain doggie bakery. Loved this place! read more

Super cute store for dogs. Since getting my puppy, l I'm been searching for puppy stores. This one came across while taking a walk downtown. They do offer services, such as grooming, nails, ears etc. They have a display of treats that look so good that anyone would mistake them for human snacks. When you walk in, you are surrounded by dog merchandise. I did purchase an adorable sunflower for her collar, cookie jar and snack shaped like an ice cream. My only complaint was that it was super hot in there. I was sweating profusely. It was gross and I really just wanted to get out of there ASAP. I don't know how the staff handled that. It was hot outside, but this was bad. The owner needs to invest in air-conditioner. read more

I took my puppy there for his first hair cut. I had been a very loyal customer to the store and the sister store before that day. I left a message that I wanted to bring him in and that it was very important to me that none of his black tip puppy hair was cut off. I further spoke to the owner and told her. Then I re-iterated when I went in again. I am a good customer. I frequented this place and sent others. I love local businesses. She took my puppy back and when I picked him up, all of his black tip puppy hair was cut. It doesn't grow back. Additionally, ONE of his long eyelashes was completely shaved off! This was not a professional looking cut at all. When I went to pay, in shock honestly hoping the darkness of the store was leading me to see what I didn't want to see, she said my puppy had fleas and that we was (without warning) charging me $15 for that. He had a reaction to flea treatment so I have been trying organic options on him. I never saw any fleas on him but I'm not saying that isn't true - he's very furry so it's possible especially since I can't use chemical flea treatments on him. I spend probably 100 dollars per week there in her other store, sometimes more, so at this point I was just feeling really unappreciated and hurt. My bill was upward of $125 ... for a puppy cut. I would have probably taken time to go back in and talk to her before posting but I really don't understand and I'm still shocked. Also I purchased a pink Vanderpump bag there a year ago for around $200, and it fell apart. She has said if I bring it in she would exchange it, but she didn't offer for me to return it. I figured I would just keep it to myself because she was a small business person trying to make a go of it and I just kept the poor quality, peeling bag and never used it. But knowing this, it's even more hurtful that she charged me the flea charge. It's sad to me because I was so excited to have a new place to go that was in the neighborhood and to recommend it to all my friends and help them be successful. I'm left just hurt and confused and feeling unappreciated. And my puppy's black tip fur won't ever come back. Luckily, on this breed, his one shaved off eyelash WILL grow back! I'll focus on that blessing and try the other pet grooming place I guess. read more

Walked by this dog shop and had to pop in! Once I opened the door it was an over load of dog supplies and accessories. The store is not that large but they have managed to put alot in that small space. There were collars, bow ties, hats, treats, etc. Additionally there are two cleaning stations to bath your dog and a very friendly woman at the register who can answer questions about products. read more

When this place first opened, I loved it! Now every time I go, they nickel and dime me added fees for dog grooming. Even though I specify "do not brush out her mats, just cut them" they charge me extra for a de mat. But this last visit guaranteed that I will not be back. They shaved my poodle mix unrecognizable. Not good for large bread dogs. Very tight and other dogs too close. The dogs are kept in a hallway sectioned off with small gates. It is a small place that is not conducive in my opinion for large breed dogs. The people who work there are very nice and did try to accommodate for my large breed dog. They also sent pictures of my dog during the bathing process because I was worried about him. I stayed close by so I could pick him up the minute he was done. My dog got bathed and a sanitary cut. They also cleaned his ears, trimmed his nails and brushed his teeth. Everything was good except the sanitary cut, it was very crooked and choppy. But he was not hurt and the hair will grow back. I took my 3-year-old Cavapoo here for the first time yesterday and the experience has left me in utter disbelief. I called the shop in the morning to make an appointment and they said they could get me in later in the afternoon. When I dropped him off around 2:30, I met the owner of the store who seemed very nice and the shop was cute so I didn't think I had much to worry about. Boy, was I wrong. When I picked him up he looked fine but as soon as we got to the car he started licking his stomach and when I saw what it looked like I was SHOCKED. It was bloody and covered in raw sores (photos attached). My dog has been groomed dozens of times and by many different people and nothing like this has ever happened. I immediately reached out to the owner and sent her the picture and her response was, "Oh boy! Let me ask the groomer. Looks like a super low sanitary cut. I'll be right back in touch." It wasn't for 3 hours that she got back to me and when she did, offered absolutely no insight and kept just saying that my dog must have really sensitive skin. As mentioned, my dog has gone to dozens of groomers and has NEVER come back bleeding and with extremely painful looking raw sores! This could have 100% have been avoided if the groomer was not so negligent and knew what they were doing. The owner didn't offer a refund or any other sort of reconciliation. I don't know how this shop has so many positive reviews and how anyone could trust this groomer with their baby. I am devastated and having such a hard time wrapping my head around the fact I spent $85 for my dog to be mistreated and now suffer because of it. It is unbelievable. read more

If I could give them a 0 I would. Dropped my dog off here in the morning and they didn't finish with him until nearly 6pm- well after their closing hours. I didn't ask about pricing because i just assumed it would be reasonable, as their site says medium dogs start at $85 and there would be some "additional charges" for de-matting. When i called to question this, sure that there was some mistake, the owner said "yea, doodles are a lot. They start at $180 and can go to $260." She mentioned the "additional charges" for dematting, which i understand and expected because it was on their website (would be nice to know ahead what "additional" means). I don't see anything on their site about the special doodle price, i would never have agreed to that. My mind was truly blown. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. read more

I brought my dog in the first time he he hadn't been groomed in a couple of months due to Covid and the cold weather and he did have some knots the price went from $65 to $95, the groomer called to tell me over the phone that was what they charge to do that and if I wasn't going to pay then I should come pick my dog up right then and there. I was a little bit taken aback but I pivoted and thought listen , it's been a long time so it's extra work, just go with it and next time it will be better but ,I was wrong . I brought my dog in after brushing him out for a half an hour so that I wouldn't have that problem, but guess what? they did it to me again ! I got the rude phone call, with the groomer yelling at me and again threatening me that I better come get my dog and I just said no, I can't do this now! They did try to go for the 95, which I thought was ridiculous and I told him that I had brushed the dog out for a half an hour and I thought that this was a scam! we ended up settling for $80. on top of that my dog had the worst flea infestation and he's never had fleas before! the dogs roam free there I didn't see any cages and I don't see any means to keep them separate so I can only assume that's where my dog got the fleas from and I got fleeced so he'd my warning, D is For Don't! read more

Love this store! It is in a very convenient downtown West Palm location, the place has everything you need for a dog. My puppy loved the groomer and his new style.
