I'm not the type to write reviews, especially bad ones but i feel like this is needed.
When it comes to your dog, your pride and joy you want the best for it right? it's almost like it's your own kid, so of course you would take your dog to a groomer, to get cleaned and overall taken care of, not everyone with a 9-5 can wash and blow dry their dogs every week. So that's what i did, i took my pomsky who is 1 years old and never been to a groomer and i took my mixed breed 5 year old. When i went to drop off my dogs, the staff was friendly and nice. That was until my pomsky was being dragged into the back, keep in mind my pomsky has never been away from home, let alone at a groomers, and then they came and got my mixed breed everything was fine with him since he is a pretty good dog and is willing to go somewhere if being told. So they tell me they will go slow if one of the dogs isn't having a good time but they should be done within a hour, so i leave and go back home and wait, it's almost 3pm and i dropped both of my dogs off at 12:44, and then i finally get the call to go pick them up, i walk in and im trying to pay but this lady makes me buy a membership, and she takes at least 30 minutes to add the membership and get me to pay, while she does this i can hear both my dogs in the back crying and screaming, i get my mixed breed finally after i get to pay and my mixed breed is crying, i take him to the car and im looking at him and i see his stomach is bleeding, but why? why would the dog i took in to get a wash and blow dry, bleeding? hm weird. i get my pomsky and he is scared, there is a dog trying to attack me and my pomsky and before i can get my pomsky and hold him the lady just lets him go, i finally get my dog and i left as fast as possible, i get back home and im looking at both my dogs as i didn't have the chance to, my pomsky has a horrible haircut and he doesn't want to be around anyone, my mixed breed is still bleeding on his stomach but overall looks okay. Both dogs don't want anyone to be by them, they bark and scream when someone comes to my house now. Now remember that membership that i was forced to buy? yeah well they started trying to take money out of my account the first of the month, of course my card is locked and when i first got told about this membership she told me i wouldn't need to worry about it until i made another appointment, so when i see my card trying to get charged everyday since the first i think something is off, so i look at the emails and go to cancel my membership since i obviously will not be coming back, and they won't cancel it, i try again and again and i did it multiple times a day, but they wouldn't cancel it, finally i called and they said it was a whole process for cancellation, and they would send me another email to confirm that i wanted to cancel. Needless to say DO NOT GO HERE!!
please take my experience as a warning! my dogs are not the same around people and my pomsky is still trying to grow the hair out, Don't give your time and money to these people. read more
