I just brushed her 3 days ago the only mats she had was on her inside back legs. She was basically shaved down to the skin. When I said I wasn't happy even angry they just made excuses telling me she was so matted. Anna, the groomer came out and made more excuses never asking me what was bad. When I showed her tail to the cashier at the front desk he just giggled. Horrible customer service. Everything about it was bad if you decide to go after my review don't let Anna touch your baby.
