Don't write many reviews, but had to speak up on this one…read more We've been taking our tiny, frail 13-year-old toy poodle to these guys for a haircut and a bath about 3 times a year for the past 5 years. Scheduling has ALWAYS been friendly and easy, the work has ALWAYS been quick, the cost has ALWAYS been fair and consistent (~$50 including tip), and most importantly-- our old pup has always come out happy, refreshed, clean, and dapper. Worth every penny, because this is a task we have tried and failed many times to accomplish ourselves at home. I recommend them without hesitation. A few relevant details: Firstly, while I agree with Nicole H's positive review, I have to point out that the owner's names are Aaron and April Lynch, and yes they are the only one's running the show. They are NOT brother and sister, at least I hope to god they aren't, because they are happily married and actually just had their first child this past Fall 2014. Congrats guys. Second, I have to emphasize their quality of service and care. On two occasions, our dog was brought in with fleas (Without our prior knowledge). Aaron and April gave him a flea-bath, a nice close cut, and did not punish us via billing, despite our mistake requiring them to shop-vac every inch of their shop and even cancel appointments. Maybe this is why they always remember us and our dog, but I have a feeling they make a point to remember everyone regardless. Unfortunately, our elderly dog has developed some pretty bad cataracts, to the point where he is almost completely blind--bumping into furniture and needing to be carried up and down stairs, etc. When I mentioned this to April on our last visit, she reassured me they have dealt with dogs w/ cataracts before, and will take extra care to make him feel comfortable during his cut. He came out this last time just as happy, and just as clean, and I trust her when she says they took care of him. These are examples of GREAT SERVICE, and it's why we never call anybody else. Maybe stop focusing so much on their phone etiquette and make the damn appointment before you rate and review the quality of their dog grooming business. Though I have NEVER had a bad phone experience, perhaps you called on the day my dog brought a surprise flea army to their shop? Fact is, they do a great job with dog care, and I could care less how they handle people care.

If you want gentle and loving grooming this is the place! We drive about 20 minutes for April and…read moreAaron because we can totally trust them with our baby! They're so genuine and efficient, we drop our baby off and come back usually in an hour and she's fresh and ready to go sporting seasonal adorable bows. Won't go anywhere else as we've had negative experiences in the past. Call ahead as they can book up about a week at times.

Under "about" they said "There are those who give their dog's food and shelter, and those who give them so much more. You know who you are. And you're not alone". Reading that our hearts melted and we realized that Central Bark gets it, plus our dog is a puppy and needs the extra time socializing. So we thought about it and we were sold on trying a new place out! We know that Central Bark loves Ralph. Probably not quite as much as we do but I know they care. The service is top notch! He gets the attention he needs and deserves along with all the other four legged friends that go there. I can feel it when they give us updates and let us know what and how he did during his stints there. It has become a weekly affair for us and we would never change that because our buddy loves it. Central Bark gives our lil' guy the best care you can get as far as we're concerned! We LOVE Central Bark!

She got 90% of the dog done before he became too difficult to continue and he now looks better than he has in years and even more exciting is that she is willing to groom him again as other places have refused to see him again. The people were friendly and the prices for services are very competitive. Thank you Central Bark and Heather.
