But she helped with much more than just the basics. Our travel to and from the airport was arranged, the documentation needed to enter and exit between countries was filled out, and she even helped us select some excursions. I wanted to take my drone, Kim helped ensure that I didn't require any additional paperwork for that. I had every form and document in my emails from Kim ready and available when I needed them. The evening that we arrived, we found a few minor issues with our room. I sent Kim a text describing the issues, and the next morning, I woke up to a text from her and a text from the resort manager.
