I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. Tony ground the stumps and the roots down about a foot below the surface of the ground so it wouldn't grow new trees from the roots. Omega has insurance and gives free estimates. Tony is real friendly and took measures to insure the equipment does as little damage to the landscape.
