I needed some work done on my office building's metal roof, so I got several estimates for both repair and a replacement roof. I was shocked at the prices that were being quoted to me, and was about to resort to one specific company to do the job; however, I had to text them several times and ask them to schedule me in, and never received any response. Their attitude was "we are busy without your business"! Luckily, I came across Nailed It Roofing and Restoration on Google; Kevin returned my call right away and came out the next morning to check out the roof. I thought for sure, he will suggest replacing the whole roof just like the other companies. To my pleasant surprise, Kevin recommended that I do some repairs which may hold for a few years and then replace the roof if it is absolutely necessary. My cost for the repair????? It was $275.00 instead of tens and thousands of dollars; how can you beat that? Kevin even came out on a Saturday to do the work so not to interrupt our business; who does that anymore? He is genuinely interested in providing the best value and honest service; he is not just trying to "make a buck" which I appreciate so much as a small business owner myself. I have been recommending him to all of my friends and colleagues, and I strongly suggest you give Kevin a call if you are in need of any roofing, deck or paint jobs around your house or for your commercial buildings.

My HOA hired Ameristar to replace the roofs in our townhouse community in January 2024…read more Unfortunately, after the work was completed, I was left dealing with an electrical issue caused during their project that required a licensed electrician to diagnose and repair. Ameristar initially agreed to reimburse the cost once the electrician confirmed the damage was caused by their crew. However, despite months of emails, follow-ups, and multiple assurances that the invoice was being handled, they ultimately stopped responding after being passed from one point of contact to the next, never to be reimbursed. It's extremely disappointing to see a company take responsibility, then avoid accountability when it matters. The lack of follow-through and disregard for their customers leaves a lot to be desired. It's even more disappointing to have to write this, but it's important for future customers to know that if damage occurs, you may face a long and unresolved process.

Of course I was being nice when I told Michael I was happy with the clean. It was fine. Not outstanding. But satisfactory. I even told his wife the things they missed. And they were never addressed. Which is fine. I am pretty laid back person until you accuse me of being a liar and threaten me. A service was provided for me and I am required to pay for that service. Which I did. And the first check I sent to Regal Maids was cashed. I even tried to schedule another clean after first hearing from Michael's wife that my check hadn't been received. I was going to continue to use their service. I never had the intention of not paying for the service I received. I sent them a check. The check was cashed. But not by them? Even if it was mailed to them? Ok, who was it cashed by? Can you wait to let my bank do an investigation to see? No. They would not wait they asked for another check. I could not get to my bank in time, so they threatened to put a lien on my house. So I went and paid in cash and had to cancel the second check my bank was sending them. So my experience was terrible. Especially since I found a company that did a better deep clean for half the price and in half the amount of time. I read the reviews on yelp before I used Regal Maids service. All of them were fantastic. However, my experience was not. Which is why I wrote a review. If other people disagree, they are more than allowed to. People form their own opinions about everything. And like Michael said "The reviews can speak for themselves." However, my experience was terrible and I found a different cleaning company who did a better job in half the amount of time and for half the price. I think people should know that, which is the only reason I wrote a review.
