Soon after, we suffered another loss and right away, we agreed "Let's go see Mark!" He's a good honest guy, a kind business owner and he's willing to work with customers in a friendly, fun and honest way. He also has a store full of great finds, go check it out!

AVOID AT ALL COST...AVOID AT ALL COST...AVOID AT ALL COST…read more RUDE...RUDE...RUDE I went into the store with my three siblings and niece. We had just walked in, my sister and I wanted to look at the rings sitting on the counter. The man behind the counter, who I assume was the owner with reddish complexion and spiky hair, abruptly admonished us asking if we had asked permission to look at the rings. At first, I thought he was kidding, but he wasn't. He was standing right there. I thought that because a store employee is standing right there, they wouldn't have a problem with me pulling out one ring from the ring holder among many other rings sitting on the counter under his nose. One of my brothers noticed a cell phone sitting on one of shelves with no one around it. My brother, being the kind man he is and has always been, handed it to red-faced spiky hair dude saying that he had found it. This red-faced spiky hair dude didn't say thank you to my wonderful brother. He said ok, took the phone, and bellowed the bathrooms are closed. Needless to say, we left immediately. I grew up in this town, and a business with someone like this doesn't belong here and certainly shouldn't be making money off the wonderful people of this town.

I can't say enough good things about Persona. I purchased my wedding band from them in 2009 and…read morefrom the start, the entire team were lovely to work with. They were kind and clearly wanted to make our experience personal and welcoming. We walked away extremely happy with our purchase and through the years, I barely go a week without someone commenting on how beautiful and unique my ring is. Though we moved away from Boston, we still have purchased jewelry from them remotely because we want to support their amazing business. If you're looking for reasonable prices but no hassle and a wonderful experience, I encourage you to visit Persona before anywhere else. They're the best of the best.

Gary inspected the ring in great detail and made a recommendation to remove some of the shank and rebuild it, as well as to place tension springs to prevent spinning and slipping. He took his time to measure my finger for the optimal fit. I was told by another jeweler that all of my prongs needed replacement and I wanted a second opinion. Gary again took his time to inspect all the prongs and reassured me that they didn't need replacement. I was very glad for his honesty. The next business day, Gary fixed the ring in 3-4 hours and it came out beautifully. I was so nervous previously to entrust someone with my ring, but I felt at ease. Gary offered that I stay and watch the entire process. He told me to inspect my gemstone carefully after his job was complete as general good practice after having my jewelry worked on! I am so happy with the end result and strongly recommend this jeweler. The key factors that impressed me most were honesty, trustworthiness, attention to detail, patience, mastery of his craft, and sharing of knowledge/providing an understandable rationale for his decision-making. I will absolutely be returning for intermittent ring checks!
