I purchased Studio Ghibli postcards for my boyfriend and got myself a colorful clock. Great place for unique gifts and reasonable prices.

I'm glad she talked me into it because their store has some fantastic stuff. I loved walking around and browsing... the store is really big. I thought it was just the first floor but there's an entire second floor that's even larger. That second floor has a ton of children's stuff; books, toys, stuffed animals, art, and so on. There are also lots of books for adults, and cards, and jewelry, and t-shirts, and so many things. I bought several books for my little one, and there are some toys I think she'd like that I may pick up another time and some really cute stuffed animals as well. I'm not sure if the woman that greeted us was a docent or a paid staff member but she was so welcoming. She's the one who pointed us to the second floor that we didn't know existed and let us know they had kid stuff. Then she welcomed us back when we got downstairs, and told us about the MCA kids days and said she couldn't wait to see us again.

I've enjoyed going to this well designed and cozy shop with a wonderful restaurant tucked into it. Highly recommended. The service is great. I plan on being back in the area later in the week and can't wait to check it out! As for lunch, or Sunday brunch, we started with a warm fresh baguette. I went with avocado toast for my meal, which hit the spot as it always does. I've had my share of avocado toasts in my lifetime and this was a good one. My daughter also really enjoyed her chicken flatbread. It was huge so when it first came out I thought she could have shared it with her friend, but she was super hungry and it was really tasty so she did a pretty good job eating it on her own. Service was fast and attentive and (again) my only regret is not getting to do more shopping...I'll be back!

I took a few business clients for a night of pasta making and on top of all the new pasta knowledge we gained, we truly had such a fun time. They are byob, which is very convenient, and ther is more than enough food to enjoy it at the end of the class. Shoutout to Eric who was such an engaging, fun, and knowledgeable instructor! The store was also very beautiful and has all of your kitchen needs!

Firstly, there ended up only being 4 of us for Classic French Pastries so it felt more like a private class. We did split tasks so not everyone got to do everything, but it was still very hands on and I was also able to ask the instructor a lot of questions. I thought it was really nice they had complimentary water and tea on hand, plus it's BYOB if you so choose. This time we made mini pavlovas, quiche, and savory scones, and we not only got to eat our creations at the end of class, but also take home most of the leftovers. Some items I was surprised didn't come out as good as expected but our instructor said there was an oven issue so maybe it was a one-off? Either way, it was still fun and I learned a lot - definitely a great value for less than $100.
