(We had previously paid Gunn Electric to come out to do the same. They charged us $400 to come out and look around, promised to come right back to do the work and never did.) Jeremy and Brian Electric were extremely professional, kept in contact with us throughout the process, and when they hit difficulties and problems, came up with alternate solutions, got the job done when they said and Stuck to the price they said even though it meant after supplies and labor the would only break even. Shortly after this purchase she was talked into getting new wiring done on the house for a significant amount of $9000 dollars to put in new wiring in which she didn't need. My mother in law is past 70 years old and on a low fixed income. It's really bad to sell elderly people things they don't need just to make a profit, a huge profit at that. Our family is not happy with AxsomAir in Natchitoches to talk her into making such huge purchases.

My elderly and disabled mother had a toilet that was running, leaking, etc. The gentlemen at AxsomAir were absolutely great. I spoke with Matthew, who Im assuming is one of the owners, and he asked me to give him a couple of minutes. He called back (quickly) and said he had a plumber who would be at her house in 15 minutes. Christian was there very shortly and had everything fixed in no time. In this age where companies and employees seem to be believe they are doing you a favor by letting you hire them, AxsomAir and their staff couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and accomodating. I highly recommend them for any A/C work you have (they replaced her A/C compressor last year) as well as any other services they provide, like plumbing.
