He came to our home, assessed our needs, and went above and beyond our expectations to help us. We thought we needed to replace our aged HVAC unit. Ethan agreed the unit was quite old, but he worked to clean the unit, change the condenser along with a couple other small things in the unit outside, and made sure everything was in good working order. He recommended considering a new unit in the next year or so. We didn't feel pressured to buy. However, we understood the recommendation and the timeliness of possibly replacing the unit. With Ethan's work, our unit is running great. We will definitely use Tarpley's when we are ready to replace our unit or have any other repair or maintenance needs. We have already recommended Ethan to friends and family.

They got with the warranty company and warranty wouldn't cover the whole price of the fan. I told Pops warranty wasnt paying, thay I would pay out of pocket. Pops quoted me 225 for the fan, so I asked for the model number so I could find a fan motor to replace it because it would be cheaper. They didn't even have the model number, so how did you price me the cost of the same fan?? After months of asking if they were coming back out, they flat out told me no, so the $75 I paid, which goes towards the repair is gone. They took my money to never return. I would NOT ever use these people. They are crooked, also if they have any rebuttal to this review I have ALL of the texts messages that went unanswered and the final text where the wife told me they weren't coming back out. Straight up unprofessional and took my money and ran
