I chose them because they had the best rating there and the lowest price. I booked them online through U-haul, and Nick, the owner called me the same day to confirm and to go over my move. I had a simple move, but I had big pieces of furniture that I knew I needed help. Through no fault of Nick's, I had to change my move date several times because of my schedule. and each time I called Nick to let him know I needed to change, he was really sweet and patient. Finally, my move date arrived, and two guys (walter and another guy, whose name i forgot) showed up. but before they did, they called me the day of to confirm time. and then about an hour before, they called to let me know they were going to be half an hour late, which worked out well for me. and then called me 15 minutes before they arrived to let me know where they are. The backed the truck up to my door, loaded all my stuff up, drove over to my new place, and moved all the stuff in. I had labeled the boxes as to where they went, so they quickly put them where they belonged. They were also very quick about disassembling my furniture, and re-assembling my furniture. When I have to move again, I'll definitely be calling them to do it for me.

A team took care of boxing up my kitchen items, pictures, memorabilia, clothes, etc. in the morning. A crew arrived in the afternoon, and loaded my furniture and the packed boxes. I watched these guys pack my things into the truck like they were playing Tetris--no space was left empty. The truck arrived in Fort Collins two mornings later. The team unloaded the truck and set everything up. None of the furniture was broken, scratched or nicked. I finished unpacking the boxes. Nothing was broken. I was impressed. From the initial call to Daniel with customer service to final calls with Laura from the local freight hub, the whole experience was top notch. The price to move from Los Angeles area to south Louisiana was $2800, much cheaper than Uhaul or any moving company. The trailer was dropped off on time, and assistance to have it picked up on a Sunday was offered. They really went out of their way to help us get it delivered on time before a long Memorial Day holiday weekend. The estimated delivery time was 5 to 7 business days. The actual time was 5 days, picked up on Monday and delivered on Friday! Awesome job! At time of pick up, they instantly adjusted the price to be less than initially estimated because we used less footage in the trailer.
