He told me that he didnt have time for this right now that he was late for a doctor's appointment. He did not return my call until I sent my husband to the business. After 4 days of yanking me around trying to tell me his contract didn't cover marble (which it said nothing about) he offered $120 for all damages. When I told him that wouldn't cut it, and that I was going to leave a review everywhere I could find, he BLOCKED me. We are going to small claims court please please please dont use this company. This is what happened to me after listening to the movers scream profanity at each other for hours while they moved me. The reason my things are ruined is because one of the movers was so messed up out of his mind...he couldn't hold himself up. His eyes were rolling to the back of his head. What really happened was that the furniture and belongings they did take were either gouged, legs broken off or completely destroyed. They didn't load all our belongings and clothing and said they couldn't complete the job for 2 and 1/2 weeks. We had to hire another mover to finish the job. I had a 6000 square foot home in Alexandria, LA that needed to be moved to Jackson, MS. I met with Wayne on 2 separate occasions and asked many questions. I asked if he would be present during the move to supervise his workers, and the answer was yes. He told me it would take two days to load the house and one day to unload it. He reassured me all of his workers were professional and capable. He also said everything would be wrapped with blankets. When the guys arrived on the first day, they informed me that they had got home at 4 AM from a previous move. They were physically incapable of moving heavy furniture. I called to ask Wayne why he was not there to supervise, and he told me he had a business to run and he would not be there. Very little was wrapped, and the few things that were I had to provide the blankets. On the second day one of his workers quit, which I don't blame him. On the third day when only half of the stuff had been loaded. I told Wayne he could no longer have his men ruin my furniture and house and I would hire someone else to complete the move. The next morning he wanted his final payment before we left Alexandria even though it was agreed-upon that he would get his final balance in cash in Jackson. We had to threaten to call the police because he said he was not moving the trucks. I hired other movers in Jackson to unload the truck as his people were incapable. Things were broken, furniture badly damaged, walls and floors damaged. He assured me that Insurance would take care of it. After the insurance process it was all denied because he did not have any of his drivers listed on the policy. It was the worst mistake and nightmare I have ever gone through. If I can prevent anyone from this horrible experience, I would be happy to. My cell is 318-308-1113 and would be glad to answer any other questions you may have. Very disappointed this man calls himself a Reverand, but everything out of his mouth is lies. These are just a few of the pics. I have MANY more of the damaged pieces, but you should get the picture not to not use this scam artist that is full of flowery verbage.
