The moving process was a great experience from the time I called to schedule the move all the way through unpacking every box. A team took care of boxing up my kitchen items, pictures, memorabilia, clothes, etc. in the morning. A crew arrived in the afternoon, and loaded my furniture and the packed boxes. I watched these guys pack my things into the truck like they were playing Tetris--no space was left empty. The truck arrived in Fort Collins two mornings later. The team unloaded the truck and set everything up. None of the furniture was broken, scratched or nicked. I finished unpacking the boxes. Nothing was broken. I was impressed. Original quote was no more than half a day (which I thought was a stretch). They charge by the hour. They arrived at the storage unit at 10:00am. SEVEN HOURS LATER I was presented the invoice that included the time to go get a flat fixed, the hour lunch time, AND the time they spent trying to get the trailer out of the front yard after getting stuck. One star is a stretch....but the two young men that loaded and unload were nice guys. AND they called when they were on their way and were on time. ONLY positives.

I responded back that I understood completely but would love to get the quote back and get busy since our move was happening in a couple of days. No response again, from anyone.
