They responded to my request for a quote the same day I made the request. 2. Timely. Not only did they arrive on time when they stated they would to give me a quote, they called to re-verify I was available approximately 1 hour before they arrived. 3. Customer Service. After the run-around from the other three (3) companies, I contacted Henry's to have them proceed. They insisted on having the person that provided the quote to contact me to answer any additional questions or concerns I may have. 4. Just in time. I was given an estimate day for installation, followed up by a reconfirmation a couple of days beforehand. The work was completed just in time to test everything because it started raining the next morning. 5. Highly Recommended. Not only was everything on time and now successfully tested, you would be hard pressed to tell that they had been here installing the guttering (besides the brand spanking new guttering in place). They had to remove part of the eave fascia on the house and trim part of the roof on the shop and there isn't a nail, scrap of wood, or piece of metal left behind. They do a great job...for a reasonable price. I texted them a couple of pics of what I needed gone. We agreed on a price, and they came and got it. Great guys, and they did a fantastic job. And I've been trying to get the city of Texarkana, AR to do it for two years. But here's the steps dealing with the city: 1. You have to haul all your crap to the curb and call them. 2. Then some guy comes by in an air conditioned pickup to look at it. He is too lazy to get out of his truck. 3. Then he lets you know what it will cost. 4. Then you haul it all back to your yard. 5. Then you go down and pay the city. 6. Then they schedule a day for you take it back to the curb for them to pick it up. 7. Total hassle...and you have to move it three times. I messaged Moya's on Saturday, and they came to pick it all up today (Monday). I didn't have to move a thing...they got it all & cleaned it all up.

One of my rental sewer line got backed up. I called Reeda's plumbing for help after I couldn't get…read moreit unclogged with my own snake auger. Reeda sent out a tech and he used my machine and couldn't get it either. He had a same size machine in the truck that he also brought out. After a few try he told my tenant it was most likely tree roots clogging the pipes and since it's Friday he's leaving and won't be back until Monday. I called Reeda the next morning(Saturday) pleading for her to send someone out to fix the issue but she informed me they don't work weekends especially since they have a party this weekend. I then had to call another plumber out to fix the issue. They just had to use their commercial size auger to get it unclogged easily. I even paid extra so he can run his camera to see the issue and it ended up being toilet paper and not tree roots like Reeda plumbing said. Reeda called Monday expecting I still need their service... they think I would keep my tenant from being able to use the bathroom for a whole weekend... When I told her another plumber got it fixed already, she then demanded a payment??? They did not have the proper tools for the job. I would not recommend at all!
