I've been using Axsom Air for a couple years. You will not find any men more knowledgeable, kind, patient, or trustworthy. I have constantly been impressed every time I call for help. Today Andrew and Clayton were my service guys. So very sweet, professional and always lets me know right up front, what my problem is and how much. No pressure and patient while deciding what I needed to do. The Axsom Air family has always taken care of all my needs at my home and at my many rental properties. As a woman that is a wonderful feeling to know I can trust these guys and what they tell me I know is what is best. I would recommend any of them. AxomAir installed a new 5 ton Lennox unit last week and did a great job. Unfortunately for me, my second unit that cools and heats my upstairs went down over the weekend and I had to upgrade that unit as well. So AxomAir sent Colby and Ryan out this week and they put in a 4 ton Lennox, as well as expanding the return air for both units and adding a 5" filtration system for improved performance. Once again AxomAir came through and we want to thank Colby & Ryan for all of their hard work. Both units are working great, and we're glad we to upgrade the filters as well. read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. When you call, they answer. Over the last two years I have dealt with several of the technicians and installers. They are some of the hardest working, friendliest people you could ask for. Most recently I had to have my outside unit replaced due to flood damage. One call to Josh got it set up and the next day Silas and Cade showed up and did a fantastic job installing the new unit. With sweltering heat and humidity outside it was ice cold inside within a couple hours. read more

Fast, professional, and conscientious. We had a gas leak in our home one evening, and called three different places. AxsomAir arrived first, found the leak, and turned it off. They were there the next morning to diagnose the specific problem with the appliance in question, and returned the next day with the required part to fix it.
