Our a/c went out on a Monday (15th) and we advised our landlord about it. We told the landlord that was not acceptable and that we would be moving out. The next day Scallion's calls and tells us that a new unit would be installed Thursday morning and we should have air by noon. It was finally installed and around 2pm it started cooling. We were fine until they showed back up Friday (19th) to do some work putting up sheet metal around the unit. Around 3pm the cooling stopped and now this morning, Monday (22nd) we're still out of air. How do you not check on your customers to find out if everything is okay? How about checking with us to find out if the a/c is cooling? Instead when we called them this morning we were asked "Did we have the system on "Cool" and the Fan on "Auto"?" Seriously! This was how we left it Friday when we left to go home. I will not be calling this company for anything else after this. Sorry people to do business with if they don't check on their customers nor check behind themselves.

Jeremy came out to speak to my husband and I, check out the home, hear out our concerns, and understand our needs. He immediately came up with a game plan to tackle our issues and saved us a ton. (We had previously paid Gunn Electric to come out to do the same. They charged us $400 to come out and look around, promised to come right back to do the work and never did.) Jeremy and Brian Electric were extremely professional, kept in contact with us throughout the process, and when they hit difficulties and problems, came up with alternate solutions, got the job done when they said and Stuck to the price they said even though it meant after supplies and labor the would only break even. Now, fast forward to 2 days ago. I called on a Saturday afternoon after I noted my compressor freezing up. We discovered in April that we had a small leak that was barely reading on a sniffer unit. I expected the technician to come fill up the freon, charge us for that and an hour of labor. He shows up, instantly starts pressuring us to replace our entire unit( estimates from 8.8k to 17k for a 2100sqft house) and after looking around, hits us with a 403.00 bill. Now we have a monthly service package that supposedly removes the "service call" charge from the bill. We were charged 148.00 for freon at 78.00 per pound and the rest was "tech fees".....260.00 per hour, folks.....all paid before work was even done. 24 hours later, my compressor is frozen up again but they showed no evidence of a leak. As soon as I point it out, they start again with trying to sell me a whole unit. Nothing suspicious here at all. We wont be using them again.
