I attempted to ask a simple question, but instead of receiving assistance, I was met with unprofessional attitudes and a lack of communication. An employee in the service department even told me he could not speak with me because he was "in hot water" with his supervisors and was not allowed to communicate with customers. That is an internal management issue that should never affect a customer's experience. The overall atmosphere in the store was very negative. From the moment I walked in, the employees appeared frustrated, unfriendly, and unwilling to help. It created an uncomfortable environment and reflected poorly on the business. In addition, I believe the store would benefit from better-trained staff who are knowledgeable about the products and services they are responsible for assisting customers with. Customers should be able to ask questions and receive accurate information from courteous, professional employees.
