The first of the three is a pre-drywall inspection. After researching and talking to three home inspectors I chose A & D Home Inspections. My phone interview with Darrell was comfortable and exceptionally informative. As a woman, there are several qualities that are important to me when interviewing any vendor/service provider and Darrell displays all in stellar fashion. Darrell responded quickly to my call, treated me with the same respect that he would treat a man, and answered my questions regarding the build without talking down to me. A & D Home Inspections made the entire process simple and easy. From contract and scheduling to payment and final report, I was able to make all the arrangements via phone and computer. I did choose to meet Darrell at the build site after the inspection was complete. He walked me through the entire report showing me what needed to be done and how he had marked each place in the build. Darrell went above and beyond by spending as much time with me as was needed without rushing or making me feel unknowledgeable. The most important thing for you reader to take from this review is that I will be hiring Darrell for my pre-closing inspection and my pre one year warrantee inspection. He's that good.
