From the moment I called, their receptionist/ scheduler's tirelessness in working with me to get the best product at the best price possible was great. It was difficult for me being out of State Military, but they worked with me every step of the way. Had many sheets of plywood that needed replacing (they sent photos during the roof tear down) and ended up giving me a great price on replacing all the wood that we never figured would need replacing. Wanted to give a bid shout out to the entire team, great team effort and customer service as well as satisfaction. Every roofing company in the business should emulate this company. I'm so glad we chose Copeland's for a new roof, stucco repairs and gutters. We had the worst roofer…read moredo another roof on our house 2 years ago and it was a trainwreck. Jonathan Waters was our guy and he was so professional and communicative. Whenever we had a concern or question, he responded promptly. This was a challenging job on an historic house so Copeland's had a lot of out of the box thinking and problem solving to do. All of their workers were respectful of our home, did quality work and there was always a supervisor on hand making sure everything was done correctly. When it came time for the gutters, another specialist Dominique was brought in and he was as great as Jonathan. It was another challenging job and Dominique followed through on the few issues that came up. We felt their pricing on all the jobs were very competitive but above all they provided SUPERIOR customer service and that's a rare quality these days. Thank your Jonathan, Dominque and all the crewmembers. We would highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future. Cheers and thank you!
