Long story short, my mom and I (who has since passed away) were shopping at the cute makeup store in Montecito next to Jeannine's. A woman there was helping us, and my mom, who was 86 at the time, told her she had beautiful skin and lips and asked if she saw someone. She smiled, handed my mom Dr. Yegiyants' business card, and that was that. Fast forward about six months. My injector, Melissa (who had been doing my Botox and filler for years), decided to join Dr. Yegiyants' office. I couldn't believe it! I made an appointment for my Botox and was able to spend a few minutes with Dr. Yegiyants. I went in thinking I needed skin removed from my upper eyelids. She walked in wearing the chicest blue leather dress, gently placed her finger just above my eyebrow, lifted it slightly, and said something like, "All you need is this." Then she added, "Not a surprised look..." I was sold. I didn't need to hear anything else except, "When can we schedule it?" About a month later, I had my brow lift. I honestly didn't do much research because I believe that when things align like this, they're meant to be. On the day of surgery, I was dropped off feeling completely at ease. From the moment I walked in, the office felt like family. Everyone there is genuinely kind, warm, and caring. I even had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Yegiyants' husband, who also works in the office. The surgical suite is immaculate, private, and welcoming. Once I was in my cozy pre-op outfit, the nurses kept me laughing and completely entertained. I wasn't nervous for a second. Before surgery, Dr. Yegiyants came in, carefully looked me over, and we reviewed the plan one more time. It was such a comforting moment. She looked like an astronaut in all of her surgical gear, and somehow that made me smile. I went into surgery with a forehead that had always felt heavy. I came out looking lighter, happier, and more feminine--while still looking like myself. I saw Dr. Yegiyants the very next day and returned for several follow-up visits. Everything healed beautifully, and I always felt completely cared for. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Yegiyants and her entire team. They are exceptionally professional, compassionate, and talented. If you're wondering whether you should do it, my answer is yes. You'll probably ask yourself why you waited so long. She takes incredible care of her patients from beginning to end, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

The first time he gave me a beautiful, natural outcome, and when I decided to go a bit larger for my second BA with Motiva implants, I fully trusted his eye and expertise to deliver. I was torn between two sizes and left it completely in his hands, he nailed it! Beyond his incredible surgical skill, Dr. Lowenstein made what can feel like a stressful process so comfortable and reassuring. I can't imagine going through this with anyone else. His team is just as amazing. Christina, the patient coordinator, makes the scheduling and planning process absolutely seamless. I am beyond thrilled with my results and so grateful to Dr. Lowenstein and his entire team. If you're considering surgery, look no further, you're in the very best hands!

My 20 year old son has suffered with debilitating pain/migraines for the past 7 years. He has been in constant daily pain that entire time, the only thing that would relieve his pain was weekly nerve blocks and even those would only reduce his pain for 1-2 days. He wasn't able to attend school in person or get a job. He has missed countless family/friend events and has missed out on so much of his childhood and teenage years. He has greatly suffered physically and mentally/emotionally for years. We found Dr. Lowenstein during a google search and he has completely changed my sons life and future. My son had nerve decompression surgery from Dr. Lowenstein for supratrochlear neuralgia. He woke up from surgery completely pain free and remains pain free for the first time in 7 years! Dr. Lowenstein is a very knowledgeable and skilled plastic surgeon who took great care during surgery to address my sons issues and alleviate his pain, he also created an incision that would heal with minimal scaring. Dr. Lowenstein's pre and post surgical care was very thorough. He is very conscientious with his patients care and well being. He took greats steps to avoid any complications or infections and my son had an extremely smooth recovery due to these efforts. The entire staff at Dr. Lowenstein's office were amazing and such a pleasure to work with! We felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. Crystal, the office manager, was the first person I interacted with when I called. She was so nice and helpful. Christina, the patient coordinator, was very empathetic and supportive to what we were going through. She was very knowledgeable about the surgery and she walked us through each step of the process, even helping us find a hotel to stay at. Christina was very helpful and organized and made me feel like we were in good hands. Jodi and Shelley were my sons nurses, they were so caring and compassionate and really made us feel at ease and well taken care of. Jodi called us several weeks before the surgery and went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Jodi was my sons nurse the day of surgery and she really helped calm our nerves. She kept in contact with me before and after the surgery which I really appreciated. When I was overcome with joy and tears after seeing my son pain free Jodi was there to share in my excitement. My sons anesthesiologist, Cory, was very reassuring and professional, we instantly felt comfortable and safe with him. We had Shelley during our consultation and post op appointments. Shelley genuinely shared in our joy and was so supportive. My son and I both felt like he was in great hands with everyone at Dr. Lowenstein's office and that we had made the right decision to move forward with his decompression surgery. This surgery has been life changing for our entire family and we are forever grateful to Dr. Lowenstein for his expertise and his passion to fight for those suffering from migraines and nerve pain. Dr. Lowenstein was thrilled with my sons outcome and so compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Lowenstein and his staff to anyone suffering from migraines. Dr. Lowenstein is doing very important work and I hope that this surgery will become more well known in the medical community so that more people suffering can find relief like my son has.

I have a history of becoming extremely ill from anesthesia, and because I cannot vomit, I have suffered through hours of painful dry heaving after prior surgeries. My original contact was virtually due to scheduling conflicts and Covid awareness but I still felt heard and validated. I received a quote quickly and Brianna was extremely helpful and the response time was amazing. She answered my questions and her temperament eased my nerves. The procedure was scheduled to accommodate my schedule and they showed extreme flexibility. Day of surgery I was able to meet with Dr. Schooler. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I was so pleased with his work, and I didn't hesitate to use his son. Dr.Soares looked at my mouth and showed some pictures of before and after.. He then turned me over to his assistant, Courtney.. She was very overbearing and full of herself asking what make-up and moisturizers I used. I stressed that I would like the wrinkle lines treated by a filler to be removed. She assured me that would be done prior to the procedure. She left the room and failed to tell me she would be gone for two weeks... In the meantime, I called repeatedly for instructions for the procedure only to get the receptionist.. When I checked out earlier, I was charged $602.80. I was never asked for permission to buy these products but went ahead and made the purchase. I was then charged $2750 for the actual procedure. After the procedure I realized that they just did a facial and no intention of dealing with my lip issue.. On my follow-up I told Courtney that I was most unhappy with results, I never wanted the complete facial.. I reminded her about her reassurance to remove the filler only to blatantly lie as to her promise. I have had a lot of plastic surgery with great plastic surgeons in Oregon and his dad here in Santa Barbara.. Dr Marc Soares and Courtney are bullies and intimidation is how they operate. I think more people contemplating plastic surgery should avoid these two.
