Soupe Pho au boeuf + nems: 5 star! The broth for the pho was clear, clean, and quite flavorful. I opted for the boeuf which was tender, flavorful and simply delicious. The dish came out hot - perfect for a cold chilly winter day in Paris. Service: 5 star Seating is limited, and a majority of orders are for takaway (emporter), but that doesn't stop the staff from providing 5 star service.
