Shortly after, Marshal reached out and was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He sent me detailed information directly via email, answered every question I had, and made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel straightforward. Before contacting RNB, I had reached out to another property management company, and the experience paled in comparison. They weren't nearly as helpful and mostly directed me to their website for information. RNB's personalized service and communication really stood out. We were fully planning to move forward with RNB until our plans changed and we decided to sell our home instead. Even though we never officially became clients, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RNB to anyone looking for a property management company. Their customer service is exceptional.

We didn't have many issues, but any that we had they were on it promptly. I politely asked her two times to explain the information, but she did not help and became rude. She spoke in a very unprofessional way and then hung up the phone on me. I tried to contact the office several times, but no one answered. After a while, I started to see Dan, he showed up and showed him around. He explained how it work between with any Property Management and the owner while requesting for any work repair. There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. Nancy is also a familiar face and she's constantly working extremely hard. They are very resourceful and work well together as a team. I think that's what anyone really wants anyway- an office with common goals all pulling in the same direction. That comes from great management and leadership. He makes his whole team feel at home and provides any support they need. Hayden provides support, updates, marketing strategies on a regular basis to his team! It's disgusting and creepy feeling Fred has behaviors that consist of a pathological narcissist, I would use caution using Fred as a real estate agent he's very unprofessional,rude, aggressive and unfair with the way he does business. On October 4, 2021 I called the managing broker Hayden Butterfield to inform him that one of his employees filed a small claims and about the harassing phone calls Fred Miller made to me on July 29, 2021, when speaking to Mr butterflied about the situation he had little to say or was not even surprised that his employees actions against me he told me he'll speak to Fred Miller. Mr. Butterfield never called me back to tell me about if he I spoke to Mr. Miller about the situation. October 28, 2021 I go to court Fred Miller is representing the company. Fred Miller told the judge that Mr. Butterfield was the one that told him to put the lawsuit against me, so Mr. Butterfield lied to me on the phone about the whole situation, he told me he didn't know anything about this, Mr Butterfield lies to his clients he is very unethical and is a pathological narcissist, on October 28, 2021 The judge reviews the case and dismisses the case due to expired contract. I want to warn others about this company they put hidden claws in their contract which is unethical ridiculous, tasteless, they come back at you years later and bully you with harassing phone calls and use a expire contract as a crutch, it's really disgusting and creepy feeling to have this happened, they also charge more commission than the common real estate Company. I would do research when looking for a real estate company to sell your home. From personal experience dealing with them I would not hire this company to sell your house.
