When looking at homes, she was great at finding places I would be interested in. When I was ready to make an offer on a home, she did thorough research (her spreadsheets are put together VERY well) to determine what a competitive offer would be for the home. When the home I purchased was under contract, I felt like she called in the A-team for inspections. Literally every person she recommended was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything they found. I am not at all well-versed in real estate, and I found the jargon/logistics of buying a home to be impenetrable. Kristin was incredibly helpful and patient when explaining everything to me. She clearly has a very strong understanding of how everything works and explains everything in a simple, easy to digest manner. From working with Kristin, I can confidently say that she is more than a real estate agent. She is someone who deeply cares about helping others find their ideal homes, and it is clear that she loves and takes pride in the work she does.

She was communicative and provided us with so manny different options for houses.
