Since we didn't have anything too specific in mind, he patiently showed us all around the entire Sacramento area, from Land Park to Lincoln to Rocklin where we eventually settled. He has tons of experience, and it really showed. He has a background in appraisals, and knows property values cold, and was constantly pointing out the factors affecting the values of a given property. Eventually, he got us a great deal on a house, and skillfully negotiated a price that was 25k less than multiple model matches have sold for.
