I spent over a year trying to get Dr. Dybro to take seriously my complaints of menstrual irregularity with extreme pain during menstruation. I was in my 30s, young for perimenopause. I thought I might have endometriosis. She thought I had PCOS, which test results did not support. She stood by her diagnosis because she discriminated against my body type--I have always had visceral body fat, as do most people in my family. It's our genetics. She couldn't see past that and was counseling me to develop an eating disorder: things she actually told me: "Maybe you should stop eating fruit" when I told her I was already eating a low-glycemic diet, and "It's pretty normal for women your age to be in pain." Eventually I prevailed and got an ultrasound. It showed that I had endometrial cancer. I needed emergency surgery, but I luckily caught it before it had spread to other organs. I can't even imagine what would have happened if I hadn't kept fighting for appropriate care. I started going to this clinic because I heard they were queer friendly. That may be, but they need to seriously hold Dr. Dybro accountable for rampant fatphobia (I was a size 14 at the time of treatment, I can't even imagine how larger people were treated). No one else should live with excruciating pain that turns out to be cancer for over a year because she thinks they're just eating too much fruit and their pain is "normal."

Olympia Women's Health - Thanks to Dr. Moruzzi, I have this sweet girl now. So grateful for how my IVF was handled! I can't say enough good things about this doctor.

After having two back to back miscarriages in 2025, my PCP recommended I meet with a Fertility MD…read moreand the MD she referred me to was Dr. Moruzzi. I met with him for the first time in August 2025 and our first consultation was very detailed and he asked me many questions about my history. At my first appt I got a complimentary ultrasound to check my uterus and ovaries. After 2.5 cycles and some assistance with medication, I am thankfully 16 weeks pregnant with my double rainbow baby! Due to my age and a low AMH level, Dr. Moruzzi was determined to help me get pregnant and we succeeded. We aren't 100% sure why I had the miscarriages, but he found a couple areas where things could be improved and it worked. The clinic is very upfront about the costs on their website (if you are in the medical field, you get a 20% discount on services). Everything fertility related is out of pocket and you may pay at the clinic or sometimes you will get a bill in the mail. If you get pregnant, they can bill your insurance. Dr. Moruzzi only sees pregnant women through the 1st trimester, then you can transfer to an OB. He no longer does deliveries. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Moruzzi is also friendly and would call me sometimes at 8pm just to update me on my labs. He is blunt and will be honest with you. He is also very knowledgeable and has many years experience. Because he is the only MD, he tends to get behind schedule, so you can show up right at your appt time, or maybe call the clinic to find out if you can show up at a different time. I never really had a problem getting in to see Dr. Moruzzi in a timely manner, but it depends on your availability and of course the clinics. They close from 12-1pm for lunch and are closed Wednesday mornings. Also, side note, you may also see this place referred to a Olympia Fertility. See www.olympiafertility.com for my information and price list.

You will have to call multiple times to get what you need or even just an answer. We were driving over an hour to come here because we thought the reviews looked good, and it just wasn't worth it. I really like how there is no waiting in a waiting room, you always go straight into an exam room. All the staff has always been nice and welcoming. For one appointment I even had to bring my 4 week old baby with me and they offered to have a nurse watch her while I had a procedure done if she woke up. Everyone seems like they really care about you and your health and work with you to figure out a plan. I love having all my medical records and I'm able to email my doctor's team through MyChart. It's very convenient and great for general questions. They have always gotten back to me within 24 hours. I've also called a consulting nurse for help. Overall, I've been very happy!

No front off staff member should be placed in a decision making capacity to provide a patient with or without access to healthcare for your loved one, especially the untrained and rude staff working at this facility. The back office is equally untrained. The last straw was when they disrespected my mother when she requested care. Imagine a young receptionist rudely telling off your elderly parent in a time of need. We've lived in Olympia for over 50 years and experience some of the most compassionate care in from many caregivers. Thank God for them. But, please be careful this clinic. Something is very broken.

I was upset because I've waited since the end of October to address many serious issues due to moving and changing insurance and they would only address two of my ailments during the appointment today and going forward it would be the same. She claimed she had to respect other patents' time, but how about helping the patient you are with now? The patient you know is in a great deal of pain and has been waiting months? Don't you need the full picture of a patients health to provide the appropriate referrals and medications? Front staff and assistant were exceptional, but nurse Gandara is bringing that team down. Avoid her at all costs. I think she saw I was a patient with multiple issues and was purposefully rude.

I also do not believe they can decontaminate the office sufficiently every night to make it safe for healthy people every morning, so I feel at risk to even go in for a "health check-up". I am also not going to travel through downtown Olympia to the office due to recent violence. So, instead of working with me to reschedule a check-up, she REFUSES to approve my meds for renewal, and despite desperately needing these meds due to ongoing health concerns, would rather see me drop dead than continue to allow me to take the same meds I have been for years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MARIA. SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT MY HEALTH OR MY SAFETY.
