Our experience was amazing! Even on a rainy day the vineyard was beautiful and the wines tasted perfectly balanced. Devin was incredible and super educated on the wines. A must go while in Caldwell or surrounding areas!

We visited this winery on our vacation and got there right when they opened on a Tuesday morning, my wife's birthday. We were seated outside at a shady table. We ordered one wine flight each and a cheese board to share, which was plenty for us. The ambiance is relaxing and the service was very good. We both were impressed by the quality of the wines we tasted. Not only were the pours generous and good, the value we got was outstanding. We live in Oregon wine country, which is famous for their wines. Not all wines there are good, and some are definitely overpriced. The wines at the Sawtooth winery we tasted, are quality, an outstanding value, and we purchased a couple of bottles and two wine glasses to enjoy at home. Of course, tastes are different and your mileage may vary. But I am sure, if you give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Such a fun stop on our wine tasting adventure! Service was wonderful and the wine and food was great.

This is on the lower level of Ste. Chapelle winery - you drive in and will take a left. The building and outdoor patio is beautiful - lots of seating. Their wine selection was large and you could pick from 4 different tastings depending on your preference. The cheese board was delicious and enough for the 4 people we had. Service was great - highly recommend!

Lawn at Sawtooth Winery. Nice space, poor service.

Went to Sawtooth Winery earlier today with friends and our kids. Overall, the food, service and wine were fine until an incident arose. Our family comes from Greece, where it is socially acceptable and common for a tween child to take a sip of wine at the table with family. My daughter, without realizing American protocol, went to take a sip of a tasting flight. Admittedly, I was looking down at my phone and wasn't exactly paying attention in that moment. A young female server with glasses swept in and made a scene. I wouldn't even have bothered posting this review had she just made a single comment and dropped it, but she made several comments and acted as if she couldn't leave my daughter with me at the table because it was unsafe. It was very embarrassing. Seeing that this woman was a bit lit up, my daughter even tried to diffuse the situation by saying, "There is no problem; I didn't even taste it." To be clear, I don't challenge the legalities of the issue (which she never mentioned - FYI) - nor do I challenge her telling me not to. My issue is not "what" she said, my issue is "how" she made a guest feel. A better way to handle this would have been a polite, "Sorry madam, but for legal reasons, we cannot allow that in our establishment", and the issue would have been dropped...but that's not what happened. My advice to management is to provide some training to staff on how to manage issues with respect. Guests shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable. Today, it was a tween trying to sneak a sip, tomorrow it might be hot drunk sex on a table. Who knows! Whatever the case, you can tell a guest whatever you need to tell them, but the way in which you do so is the secret to making people feel respected and valued, and wanting to come back again. Needless to say, but I felt none of those things.

Checked out Sawtooth Winery over the weekend to try their mimosa flight. I heard they change the flavors monthly & this month, or in March, was Orange Creamsicle, Limoncello, and Strawberry Cheesecake. These were amazing!! Presentation was beautiful as well! The Orange creamsicle was kind of hard to drink at first because of the whipped cream, but it definitely gave it the best flavor adding that onto it. The strawberry cheesecake mimosa tasted just like cheesecake and I loved the fresh strawberries added into this! We also ordered the Gourmet Cheese board with added cured meats & a Veggie board. Both boards were fancy in design and great to snack on while sipping on these mimosas and hanging out with friends. I loved the variety of veggies on the veggie board. Service was great. It was a fun spot to go check out and I'm hoping to make another trip there in April for April Mimosas.

We made reservation a week in advance. When we walked in on a Friday afternoon we were hardly greeted at all. The woman who seated us was less than friendly. Our seat was by a roll up window but the seat was so low we couldn't see outside to the beautiful view . They would be better off with a high table in that spot. We had a couple minutes to look at the menus when the unfriendly woman came back and asked what can I order you. It felt very much like a fast food restaurant. I said I had a question and she walked away. It was very strange. Luckily a different woman came back with a smile on her face and helped us the rest of the time. Unfortunately this is not my type of tasting room. I wouldn't even really call it a tasting room as they don't offer tastings -- just wine flights; 3 3 oz pours. They have ones to choose from or you can customize. I chose a rosé, Chardonnay and a Malbec. None of them stood out to me. My husband did the more expensive line of their wines for his trio and we liked their Syrah. The cheese board was plenty for four people. The mimosa left something to be desired in taste despite the beautiful presentation. Overall, I really didn't enjoy this winery. No one told us one thing about the wine. We learned nothing while here. Usually I love standing at the bar and chatting with the people pouring the tastings. This was not that kind of tasting room. Their wine club was never mentioned and none of us felt inclined to by a bottle. It's unfortunate because it's a nice place but there could be a lot to improve the experience.

Great wine and friendly service. You can tell those working here enjoy their jobs and talking wine. Enjoyed splitting some flights and can say we enjoyed just about everything we tried! Great views and a nice outdoor patio to enjoy a weekend tasting! Would go for their Friday events if we lived closer. This crew is bound to show you a good time with some live music and wine!

I am so sad, and know that I will be for quite a long time , so to ease the pain a bit and help me to stay busy and keep my mind off of losing her, my very beautiful friend decided we should go to Peaceful Belly Farm and relax, have some delicious food, be in nature and around positive people with a beautiful ambience. Of course Peaceful Belly delivered as always. We decided to have a gorgeous glass of Viogner, and thought it would be nice to split a few of the dishes to share. We started with the spinach dip bread bowl, with farm, fresh spinach mixed with a three cheese blend served in a Acme sourdough loaf. The dip was so yummy, creamy and heartwarming, and there were so many layers of flavor. It was just the right amount of salty and the texture was wonderful. It was served in an Acme sourdough loaf which is always delicious. They cut up the top portion of the bowl into small pieces so that we could easily dunk the bread into the dip. It was the perfect way to start the meal. I don't think there was much left of that when all was said and done. The second dish that we decided on together was the deviled eggs. They were beautiful, fresh, farm eggs that were nice and cold and the yolks were whipped beautifully with dill and garlic filling. Garnished on top of the eggs they served this insane, brown sugar, caramelized McIntyre bacon. There were some gorgeous, delicate, yellow, edible flower petals on top which took it over the top aesthetically. They were perfect. It was a serving of four and it was just enough for my friend and I. Last but not least, we had a dish made from homemade chorizo from the James Beard nominated Chef, Dan Ansot of Ansot's Basque restaurant in downtown Boise. It was phenomenal. Made with warm saffron stew that had carrots and sweet pepper, onion and garlic on a creamy polenta base topped with his Basque chorizo and grilling cheese (which is one of my favorite cheeses ever!) It was spicy and so complex. We really enjoyed this dish tremendously. Our server Kayla was wonderful. She checked up on us often, but not too often to make sure that we were enjoying everything and asked if we wanted more wine. The dishes came out in a timely manner and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The atmosphere is gorgeous set in an open space full of greenery and flowers and food growing all about the property, not to mention all of the gorgeous black and white sheep that are grazing peacefully around the restaurant outside. It was a perfect day with a perfect friend with perfect weather and really helped me to set aside the sadness I felt from losing my sweet little fur baby, even if just for a little while. The inside is impeccably clean and a bright open space with plenty of tables. They have a ton of gorgeous dry flowers from all over the property hanging gracefully from the ceiling and they always have fun artwork hanging on the walls. I will always return. They do a good thing for the community and they have a gorgeous space with beautiful food and people. Thank you for helping me through my grief. See you soon!
