It's not often that any home service visit is earlier than the scheduled time. The technician did a full tune-up, including adjusting the rails which had been installed too tightly (new home constructed 2 years ago with garage door installed by a different overhead door company). I had long thought the door was too noisy; however, I couldn't see any obvious problems with it. The expert technician easily saw and fixed the issue. He was also personable and efficient. My garage door now sounds great as it smoothly travels up and down. I'm so glad that I made the call to Haney!

RHG was one of the positive experiences I had and I love my countertops...until recently. I noticed a stain that had showed up after some time. I spoke with RHG and they agreed it was something that occurred in prep process. They were willing to work with me and have my countertops removed and fixed. After a lengthy repair process, they returned the countertops with the stain almost gone, however a larger stain in a different area next to a noticeable crack were now there. I asked numerous times to gain a better understanding about the crack and why no one mentioned it before they reinstalled it and why I had to bring it up to them. Overall, RHG made several attempts to help me, but we couldn't get on the same page at the end. I am super frustrated with my island countertop and left feeling uneasy about the quality and integrity of my countertops overall.

Nick from Anvil actually explained the issue and how he had handled the most recent problem he had encountered with a sprinkler that needed repair due to installation issues. He made all the difference and I would have accepted their offer even if it had not been as well priced. As it happened, their bid was very competitive and I have been pleased through the entire process. We agreed on a date for work to begin and they were here punctually, and installation of my new vinyl fence was completed on time. The workers were careful but thorough and I couldn't be happier with the results. And there were no sprinkler mishaps, either! Three weeks later, they finally have it "ready" for me. The fixed it half assed. Left two screws out of the drill and in the case. I put them back in myself. Drill had multiple problems, they fixed one, and didn't test it for more apparently. I left with it, thinking it was fixed. Two days later, I took it back again, they said it would be another week, so at their suggesttion, I took the drill with me and was told I would be called when the part arrived. Three weeks goes by, and I called them to see if the part had arrived. The guy, Larry, tells me that for some reason, Milwaukee "didn't get the order". So then he says he re-ordered it. An hour later he calls me back. He says the part is unavailable and he can't fix my drill. That's when I let let Larry know how I felt about his business. So, after being dicked around by these guys for almost a month and a half, I send the drill to Milwaukee in Anaheim. They have it back to me in less than two weeks, working perfectly, and they paid the shipping both ways. SCREW KC SUPPLY!!! They're rude, incompetent, lying a-holes. I would never spend one penny in there, ever.

He told me he'd fit us in and have it fixed, he did it perfectly and offered to send someone out to put it in and get it all finished for us. Amazing customer service and so so kind and helpful. You can tell that they're not just looking for money, they truly want to do great work and support their customers. At first I didn't have an invoice and the woman in the office didn't know me or the information but she hopped up, built and invoice for me, and didn't give me a feeling of inconvenience.
