I stood at the paint area for 10 minutes and apparently I was invisible because the employee never left his stool at the front of the store. I decided to buy the supplies and go elsewhere for my paint. When I checked out, I was asked if I found everything and responded with a no. The employee still firmly on his stool asked what I needed and I advised I was wanting to buy some paint . The response was, "Oh well, that's the way it goes." No offer to help. I now know that this store is unwilling/unable to meet even the most basic hardware needs. Go elsewhere.

Two days later, I took it back again, they said it would be another week, so at their suggesttion, I took the drill with me and was told I would be called when the part arrived. Three weeks goes by, and I called them to see if the part had arrived. The guy, Larry, tells me that for some reason, Milwaukee "didn't get the order". So then he says he re-ordered it.
