The two people wo greeted me two weeks ago at the front registered were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed to be at. This is where I first interacted with Charlie. Charlie took great care to explain my options, show me some examples, and then sent me home with material to make our decision on for new doors. The customer service I received then, and what continued through today is what other places need to learn from. My emails were quickly responded to and no question was left unanswered. Because of this, SunPro gladly received our business. I don't often get down to this part of town since I live several miles away, and yes, there are two decent "box" stores closer to my home, but I will go out of my way to shop here first to support and continue the kind of service I received. They carry what you would normally expect from a lumber and hardware store, but I'm guessing they will go out of their way to make sure whatever it is you're buying is truly what you need or offer alternatives of need be.

There really is no one to consult if you have questions. There was a long line of people waiting at the register, but only two registers open. I don't understand this from a customer satisfaction stand point. Are they understaffed? Our cashier was nice enough, and the older man that I assume was the manager was also nice, though they tried to convince us to get their credit card, given the 5-10% discounts offered with each use. I get that it might work for some people, but we weren't interested, and, to their credit, there was no pressure. My recommendation would be to have more people at the registers when it is busy, and perhaps some people on the floor offering assistance, though I get that this might not be their business model.

I have been here three or four times now and have never encountered a problem. Like all B&BW stores, this one has a ton of things I want to buy. :D The store is clean and there are plenty of tester items to try out. The location is close to many other stores and parking is easy (and there is plenty of it). I have been greeted each time and asked if I needed help. One thing I appreciate about this location is that the associates do not hound me while I shop. They are friendly and offer help but I also don't have someone approaching me every two minutes trying to force a basket on me or asking what I'm shopping for, etc. Most B&BW locations have gone way too far with that. I have not had any negative experiences with the staff so far. Deanna has been working there at least twice when I've gone in and she is super nice and helpful. Overall, this is a fine location.
