My order included 6 custom upholstered Balboa chairs and 3 custom upholstered sofas along with lots of other pieces. The big win for me with my white performance upholstery I chose for the custom orders. I am able to unzip and wash the covers. Yesterday, I woke up to bright yellow bile that one of my dogs left me the night prior on three cushions. I simply unzipped the covers, sprayed the spots with oxyclean pre wash and washed on a quick delicate cycle. And poof like magic all gone. Of course I hang to dry and want to mention in less than 12 hours they all were dry and ready to be put back on. I so recommend the performance fabric! It's amazing.

I did see a room that I believe is for crafts or classes that you can take to make stuff. I know making shabby things or refurbishing old furniture takes talent! I believe the last couple times I checked it out, I didn't really find anything. But I felt like today could be a good day to find some treasures so I made my way in. This store is always busy! There were so many people here today. And every time I drive by, there is always a lot full of cars. That's always a good sign, you're bound to find something neat here if they are always so busy! I only had one thing in mind to find and that was anything antique. I made my way to the back to see what they had and boy was it all pretty. There were a few plate sets that were stunning. Teacup sets and old plates with roses on them. All stunners but all very expensive. There was a teacup set that really caught my eye. As much as I wanted to get it, I just couldn't pull the trigger cause of the price. No one really talked to me, everyone was in their own world. I like the set up of the shop and how clean it is. One of the kind women welcomed me and explained some specials that the store was hosting that day. I grabbed a cart-I knew I was in for it. I browsed the clothing aisles and found several gems. I appreciate that everything is so clean-often, thrift stores have an odor, but it was noticeably absent here. The clothing appeared to be higher quality than I've seen in other second hand stores too. Beyond clothing, they also have household goods, seasonal décor, kitchen stuff, etc. I browsed those items briefly, but it was the clothing that got me. I left with several cute new-to-me outfits that I'm excited to wear. The prices were very reasonable, too! Every time I come to Boise, I'll make sure I plan a trip out to my new favorite thrift store.
