NY roads are terrible, so we are lucky to have someone like Derek available to assist. One of the rims was bent in 22 places and all of the rims were visually out of round. The car also had shaking which began after hitting a major pothole en route to JFK a week before seeing Derek. After Derek's repair, the car was free of all vibrations and my drive quality returned to the way it was when I left the dealership upon purchase. Then came out yelling that I wasted their time because they couldn't get the locks off of my tires. I had no locks. I was then told that I had to back out my car from their bay myself so I pointed at the sign that says "Due To Insurance No Customers Allowed Beyond This Point". Now it gets really petty. He backs up my truck exactly to that sign, opens up my door and walks away. I look into the window and everything in my glove box including important documents were thrown all over my truck. As I put them all back he came back out to ask me if there was a problem. There was a problem. I had to restrain myself from smacking his goofy glasses off in front of his father , showing him that he raised a punk.
