They are super helpful. My car was parked for two years so it took a while for the catalytic converter code to clear. They keep checking the code multiple times over couple of months without any charges until it finally cleared and passed the smog. Caesar and the rest of the crew were super friendly and helpful. I was referred here from Ontario Smog (Dee Dee) down the block due to the fact Ontario Smog needed to renew their Star Cert and I was running out of time to get my smog check done. I called and spoke with Ana and came in. She checked my car quickly and said my car should be fine. She went ahead to help me run it and it took a matter of just 15 minutes or so and it was done! Ana is super nice and sweet too. Just a note though, if you pay with credit card, they do charge an extra $2. Great service! read more

It was my first time here. Seen the good reviews on Yelp. Decided to give them a try. My car needed a smog. I had called first on a holiday to see if they were open. They said yes and I asked if they are a pass or don't pay place. The guy said yes we can do that. I was waiting in there waiting room. It was raining but got busy when I was there. They had me in and out in about 30 minutes. My car passed smog and the charge was $53.00 with $2 extra fee due to credit or debit card. It wasn't too bad. It was a good experience. The shop has a nice showroom with bass speakers and radios. He told me they do smogs, car radio installations and window tint. Definitely will come back to this place. read more

Fast and friendly service. I came to get my 2016 sedan smog test. They asked for my vehicle registration renewal notice and my name. They did the smog test and electronically transmitted certificate to the DMV. I was advised to wait 24-48 hrs before getting my car registration tags at DMV Kiosk. Certificate valid for 90 days from date of issuance. I paid $53 + $2 credit card fee. I was given my receipt and documents stating that my car passed smog. NOTE: I was there the day prior around 2:30pm and I was advised that there would be a wait because there were 4 cars ahead of me. Place looked busy. There were a lot of cars in the small parking lot. So, I decided to return the next day. The following day, I arrived around 11am. Place still looked busy. Luckily, the moment I arrived, they took my car in for smog check. Without an appointment, I was in and out in about 30 mins. So, even though it looks busy, make sure to stop by, you might get lucky too and have little to no wait time. They have an indoor seating area and a unisex restroom. read more

Savon smog has really great customer service and gave me the best deal out of all the other smog locations I've called around to. I called, they said they would get me in and out, and they sure did. The service was great and fast. They don't try and bs you around. They are honest good people. They offer other types of service (like alarms, back-up cams, remote start, ect.). I want to definitely go back there and see if they can fix my back-up camera. Unfortunately i had to skit-skat-doodle-loo outta there. Very happy I found them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Everyone here was super nice and very helpful. read more

I went in for a smog at around 5pm and was running a lil behind to make another appointment before 6pm. Before I knew it I was on my way within 20 minutes, possibly less. My moms 1994 Honda Accord had failed 2 smogs. Both mechanics had mentioned that it needed a new Catalytic converter. I had messaged a AAA repair center and they recommended me here. Ebrat decided to smog it one more time to verify repairs. IT PASSED!! :) it did not need any repairs. He saved us about $200.00 in repairs. He was honest and really nice. First impression, outstanding service. From the beginning to the end of service, I have no complaints. The owner was polite, honest, and very customer oriented. He offered a bottle of cold water while waiting. There's a gender neutral restroom that was well-maintained, air conditioned room with plenty of comfortable seating, unlike all the other services that have you waiting outside in the sun, service was quick, the location is perfect and close to home, everything was explained and at a decent price too.
