Made excuses about thw monogram machine does this sometimes. No apology, nada. When I got home I looked at the bags again and it was just unacceptable, plus I'm giving these for graduation gifts. I called back, tried to speak to the husband who wasn't there at the time so spoke to Alice. I told her I had brought about 20 of these bags to the previous owners of the store and never had any sloppy issues like this. She said "well sounds like you're not happy with our monogramming services so you should find somewhere else to go" and hung up on me! Terrible monogramming and worse customer service!
