Another thrift store where once I enter there is no coming out empty handed. Love how well organized, open and clean this one is. Dressing rooms are awesome. Some prices are a bit too high yet just as many and maybe more are surprisingly low. I'm definitely a fan and it's great that they offer daily half price promotions and that the money the store earns goes toward a good cause. 3$ off coupon if you donate (anything) and a stamp card where once you fill it up you get 30% off your entire purchase. This store is clean and organized. I donated some playground stuff and really wanted to make sure it can go to kids that really need it. Change of mind in donating there. I just found out after all these years that Savers is a profited organization! What ever you donate there only 3% goes to non-profit organizations. Not happy giving stuff there if they will make money out of it. Three percent is nothing, no wonder more Savers are opening up faster. I saw the workers this morning inside and all of them look unhappy working there due to hearing a manager kept yelling at them! That is rude of him. They should get rid of him! I went through the store and noticed lots of over priced furnitures, toys, clothes, and it makes me feel that they do that because the location is in Scottsdale. I've talked to long term dedicated Saver shoppers also noticed on how Savers got greedy marketing their products now. I've seen products there that you can even get them cheaper at the retail store NEW! I remember years ago they would put out used products that look like new and clean, now it's not the same. You see them with some dirt and grime now, even in ovens,microwaves and oven toasters that has bread crumbs in them. I don't like how they clean them with Simple Green/ Pine Sol? Chemicals in appliances we cook with? I know the smell of those products I use for the house and that is not good for our body! I realized the less people shop in that store they have to give more discounts to keep customers shopping there. They give quizzes there and when you answer right they take $1-5 off. Shop only on color discounted days, senior days, and 50% sale days, they seem more worth waiting than getting ripped off on the high prices. I love to go "thrifting" and this is by far one of my favorite thrift stores to shop. You can't just go one time and make an accurate judgment call. There can be clothes and shoes here that can be rarely used, originally high valued, and you get them for dirt-cheap. If you go and don't find something the first time, definitely go back another time. It's one of the larger thrift stores in the area as well. read more

This is the only Savers I have ever been to; but now I go here instead of Goodwill and Salvation Army---which I used to visit weekly. Why? Because the shoes are organized by size!!!!!! Nobody else does this. Although I leave emptyhanded sometimes, I have found at least 4 brand new, brand name and super cute trendy shoes here...each for less than $7. Their kids clothes are also good and when I'm careful, I come out with toddler boy's shorts, brand new, for $2. Lots to like about this store. And their employees are professional. The store is huge and very organized...also clean. But I love shopping for a bargain and I just wasn't getting it here. The clothes were very over-priced for used clothing...I would rather shop new at Marshalls and get a better deal. If you are looking for inexpensive books then this store is right for you. This is my favorite Savers. I am something of a connoisseur. They have a lot of stuff and good things from folks who barely wear shoes or clothing. There isn't a huge selection of kids' clothes, but I suspect they just get snapped up quickly! read more

Savers ROCKS! Clean, doesn't have the creepy vibe that a lot of thrift stores have. Funny to me that one reviewer said, "...go to other stores where you can get new at same price." Sure, you can get a new tee at WalMart nearby for the same $8, but there are some GREAT quality brands here, not just "cheap" stuff. This location receives donations of a lot of high-end brands/good quality stuff. I have gotten Chico's, Ralph Lauren, Tommy, Banana Republic, Nike, Hollister & more. read more

This store, from what I understand anyways, has only been open since the begining of this month. We stopped in to kill some time and my thoughts on it are kind of mixed. They have a TON of books (which are organized on the shelves--a plus, in my eyes) and clothes. However, in the knick-knacks section, I saw four Cabbage Patch Kids on a shelf with some other old-school-looking toys. I flipped each of the dolls over and looked at the price tags. Every single one of them was priced at $79.99. Are you kidding me?! I'm not sure they realized they got these items for FREE (donated to them). Plus, the dolls weren't in the best condition and this is a THRIFT store--not an antique shop or something. It was a bit ridiculous when I noticed all of the other toys on the shelf were dirty and priced anywhere from $49.99 to $80. The rest of the store though is nice and clean (for now, anyways). I'd shop here again if I'm in the area. read more

I can't say enough great things about this Savers. I have had the best luck finding high end jeans, and other clothing on almost every other visit. Because this location is on my way home from work, I tend to stop by every day, just to look (ya right!). The staff is always SO FRIENDLY, and accommodating. Their selection of shoes is usually pretty good too. Great men's shirts. Great woman's shirts... Great everything!!!!! read more

The Scottsdale, AZ store on Saturday September 22, had plenty of willing buyers, in search of bargains, of course. Do not pay with credit card or debit card! They charged my card twice, I called store to inform if their error, instead of handling over the phone as all other merchants do they make u go back to the store, show a personal copy of your bank statement or charge statement then they go to office and go through the receipts for the day. This took my time, lunch hour to be precise, my gas to stand for 30 minutes for my $11.85 - this was absolutely ridiculous! My suggestion do not shop here unless u use cash! read more

It's quite the drive from where I live in Mesa. However the selection is always the best of any Saver's I've been to. I only make the occasional trip because every time I go here I always find something to buy. My wife loves the selection of clothes that they have and has found many outfits especially dress shirts. I have found many great tee-shirts at a decent price that looked brand new. read more

I was by Scottsdale and decided to browse this store as i usually love Savers. This has a beautiful store front but clothes are priced too high. Some stuff for clothes were 9.95 and 12.95. I could shop at Ross for cheaper. The store inside was clean and laid out( although clothes in sizes they were not grouped in colors as other Savers) I will not be going back. The store is clean and well stocked but is grossly overpriced, even compared to other savers locations. The average price for a pair of jeans is $18. They have basic t-shirts from forever 21 priced at $8... they run $5 at the store brand new! Won't waste my time going to this location in the future. read more

I have been shopping at this Savers for the last few years. The staff is always pleasant and there is a good selection of most things. The store is very clean and well organized. They have great sales by ticket color (50% Now) and for card holders (the cards are free) and seniors. I've found a lot of hidden treasures. read more
