You'll find Savers located in the Northsight Village. Savers is a large thrift store run by Big Brothers and Sisters. Clothing is organized by size and type making it easy to shop. The store is very organized and has daily sales. When you first walk in look on the front racks to see the daily specials. There are two colors each day that are marked down half price. There is also a senior day on Tuesdays where you will receive a good discount. You will see the typical items. It's pretty decently priced for the area that it's in. There's usually someone always stalking. It's clean, not overcrowded and on Mondays they have half off, which is always a great deal. read more

I went to the Savers in Scottsdale, AZ. I use to go there all of the time but today I think they have lost their minds on their prices. $15 to $50 on items they deam as designer or name brand. You look up a comp and you would be saving $3 on an item for buying it there. as to say Ebay. I really hope pepole send them a strong message and stop shopping there. I know I found a few things but come on this is all donated items. Stop being so greedy. There are people who are on fixed incomes or people who are barely making it right now. One example was shirts with sports teams on them. They had them all at the front and what used to be under $10 was $15, 17. 20+. And any kind of shirt that looked like a jersey was behind the counter where you have to ask to see them. They are taking all the fun out of thrifting by trying to gouge people. read more

I had a good time going here on a 50% off Monday. I didn't really find anything but the store was clean with wide open space, and the staff were really nice and helpful. The line was wrapped around the store but waiting with my friend in line went quick. It was easy and breezy . read more

Overpriced, by a lot! I walked in and couldn't believe the cost of things. I was on the hunt for coffee table books and some other things and I noticed the price of clothes were SO expensive. If I can buy jeans for my daughter new at target for $10 why would I pay the same price for them at savers? I did find a couple books - still a little overpriced in my mind and I came home with two glass tea light bunnies that were $4 a piece with the melted candles still in them. Overall, it's nice to stop in but I'd probably do my thrifting somewhere else. read more

Stopped in here while we were in the area to see if we'd find any unique Southwestern decor items. No luck there but I scored a beautiful books about oysters complete with oyster recipes for a mere $1.74. Apparently there was a 50% off promotion the day we visited. Easy self checkout but there were serious lines. Store was pretty well organized and I liked how they separated the decor not just into seasonal but by the specific holiday: Halloween, Christmas, etc. Cookbook selection was pretty decent. You never know what you might find, so why not check it out? read more

I also come to get books for such a good deal I would like if you guys would move the stickers to part of the book that does not have the description, yes I can try and peel them off but when I'm trying to read what the books about I can't do that in the store read more

Well organized so it's easy to find what I might be looking for. The addition of discounts is an added bonus. Donating goods gets you a 20% discount. Seniors get a 30% discount on Wednesdays. If you sign up, there's often a 50% I've found popular brands in like new condition. It's a good way to save the planet !! read more

I'll be honest it's been awhile since I've gone thrift shopped. Walking in I have to admit I was surprised at how clean and organized the store was. My last to a Savers visit was in Albuquerque and that store was a mess. It was chaotic how unorganized and messy the store was not to mention how busy it was. I believe that is why I hadn't returned to a Savers since. I found the Scottsdale location to be a pleasant experience. They had a wide selection of items at a reasonable price. I ended up just buying some sunglasses but it was totally worth it! I'll gladly be back! read more

This Saver's location is big and well-lit. Parking is plentiful. Shelves/racks were more organized than a Ross Dress for Less store. It smelled really gross when you walk in, like a poopy baby diaper. Employees kept to themselves. The ones stocking the floors, the ones gathered near the front having a mini meeting, and the ones near the cashier stand in training. No one greets you, now I notice a difference with other thrift stores that do. Prices are very high for second-hand goods. Higher than shopping on eBay and higher than buying the item for new retail. Items are donated, so the COGS (cost of goods) are all profit. Greedy over pricing. A long time ago, it was fun to go thrifting...you could find cool things for cheap. Those days are gone. read more

The store was quite busy. Items were placed in areas with signage. The thing I could not believe was how the children's toy area was destroyed. There were children unsupervised and pouring out game pieces into the floor and going to the next box. Parents should NOT let their children make such a mess in a store. What a disgusting thing to allow from a parent. How can a customer find a toy that they may want for their child. read more

A little high priced But Massive selections In just about every thing second hand Friendly Staff and very organized , and easy to find items by aisle read more

I pull up at Donations drop-off items then get my discount coupon, park the car and go inside and the shopping spree begins !! You should see my "treasures"....I LOVE this store. read more

Prices for used clothes are ridiculous here. I can drive across the street to Walmart and buy new pants for $15.

Great selection of clothes and decor! They have a ton of stuff so you could spend hours browsing. It is a pricey though ($10+ for clothes) so be prepared to drop some cash here. read more

When it comes to thrift stores, this one is my fall-back. The one I can always count on. When my partner needs some nice shirts or pants, he can always find something here. When I want a nice dress, this is chock full of choices! My most recent trip: We spent about two hours, but we found a pristine men's blazer, work pants, two kids long sleeve shirts new with tags, gorgeous sparkling evening gown, red women's coat, high end hiking shoes, adult and kid matching skeleton costumes, and a perfectly fitting Wednesday Addams dress. That's not even everything we got, but you get the picture. I love to dig through the racks and find a new bizarre shirt or a simple capri work pant. The thing you have to get used to is the pricing. This is not always the cheapest thrift store, but I still find that it's worth it, especially if you find the right color tags. So keep an eye out for the half-off color when you search through. Oh, and bring a reuseable bag! They do not bag your items, so you can either pile your haul up in your arms when you leave or you can buy a bag there. read more

Part of my review was removed because it was perceived as not being a personal experience. Not sure how two S.F. California businesses back one another. NOT PLEASED with Yelps decision and NO comment when I contested their opinion. They removed the most significant portion of my review and tons of 4-5 star comments were placed as a response to my review. read more

I first discovered Savers in Vegas when I went to visit my son. The Vegas stores were outstanding. The Scottsdale location was not as well stocked with gems. May have just been the day I was there (a Friday). Mondays are always 50% off which is a bonus if I didn't work on Mondays lol. I will definitely be going back there soon. read more

THE PRICES HERE ARE HIGHER THAN IN LOS ANGELES. Savers should be ashamed as a company for these price increases. I was at this thrift store in 2019 and it was incredibly hard to find an item that was $30+! REAL LEATHER, MAYBE. But DRESSES?!? I'm next to a rack of vintage dresses that are $30+ ALL OF THEM. In 2019 these would have been $8-$12. And then you HAVE THE AUDACITY to charge $20 for a $30 ZARA DRESS??! Are you out of your damn mind. This is a THRIFT STORE. I can buy items on eBay including shipping for cheaper than this savers. You are STEALING FROM THE POOR YOU WORTHLESS COMPANY. read more

My girlfriend & I were visiting the local area and decided on a Thrift Store shopping day. As we entered the store, we were in awe at the vast, clean, and well organized thrift store! For us, it was a FABULOUS shopping day as we found so many items that were "just right" for us. The prices are a bit higher than other thrift stores; however, to our good fortune we had gone on a Monday when the tag prices were 50% off! The day we went it was a holiday so the store was extra busy; yet the checkout lines went quickly and the staff was super friendly! Absolutely fabulous! We had so much good fortune we drove to the Savers in Phoenix and the experience was quite the opposite experience. read more

A friend of mine likes to point out that Savers, as opposed to Goodwill, is a "for profit" business. No matter, I love them both. Like Goodwill, I come here most for the books. The knick-knacks, and all of the other "stuff" is fun to go through and seems to be of very high quality. When the Ulitmate Electronics closed a few years ago, I was surprised that Savers wanted the space. But in the end, I guess it was a matter of location, location, location as they say. Savers also has a frequent buyer's card and discounts for seniors on Wednesdays. If you sign up, they will email you when they are having sales. Nice! read more

Wow, this is a pretty fancy thrift store! Go figure, since it's in North Scottsdale. It's very spacious, with a lot of variety, and everything is very well-organized. If you get past the sweaty clothes smell when you enter (The rest of the store smells a lot better!), you can find a lot of good bargains for very high quality items. There are various household items such as nice silk floral arrangements and foliage, cooking supplies, espresso machines, and automatic pet feeders. As for fashion items, when I went they had Gucci glasses cases, Coach and Dooney and Burke handbags, Jimmy Choo handbags, and a large selection of women's, men's, and children's clothes and shoes. Clothing and shoe designers included J.Crew, Banana Republic, and Coach. Prices are equal to or cheaper than prices at Goodwill. I found some very nice, high thread count pillowcases for $.99 each. The high-end designer wares and electronics (Such as cameras, and a Sony E-Reader when I looked) will be in a glass case. Check out was easy, and I like their summer punch card/stamp system (You get a stamp for every $5 you spend, and once you fill the card you get 30% off your next purchase). I was pretty impressed with this thrift store. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in this area! read more

This store is really big, very organized, and unlike Goodwill during Covid who won't have anymore 50% off every other Saturdays, this store has 50% off everything every Monday. It was crowded on Monday! But the reason why I am giving this store only 3 stars, is their prices are really high, a lot of it more than you'd pay retail ! I can go to Goodwill every other Sat at 50% off, but I would not come to Savers on Mondays for their 50% off, because, as I told another customer, it isn't even worth it at 50%. I find some items NEW in retail stores, for less than Savers 50% off. Customer fully agreed, said she told her friend who was donating stuff top this store, before she donates stuff, come into the store and see how they gouge people, and mark her donations up to yazhoooo. I always thought Savers was a for profit store. I see the sign Big Brothers outside at donation area, but I don't know who they are. I found a few electronic wires and doo dads at 50% off, for probably less than what I would pay new. Like hands-free cordless phone headset priced at $5.99, so $3. at 50% off. I know they are new for at least $15. Also found cabinet handles 20 for $5 ($10) Another reason why I am only giving 3 stars, is their return policy is not as generous as Goodwills, which is credit for most everything in 7 days. Savers only allows credit within 14 days for clothing only, everything else is as is, no credit, no returns. I did find an AC adapter on the wall of many orphaned electrical cords and cables, for my massage pillow, that needed to be 5 volts, 500mA, stamped on it. And I waited till Monday, 50% off day to buy that for $2.00 and 3 other items I wanted, that I saw on an earlier day. read more

This is the cleanest thrift store I've been to! I came here for the first time yesterday. The store itself is very large, with half the store being home decor and furniture, and the other half clothes/shoes. Every aisle is organized very well. They also have a large section dedicated just to books (categorized accordingly) and old music records. I feel the prices are a little too high than what would be expected (in comparison to Goodwill) -- hence the 4/5 rating. However, they carry higher quality pieces and do a good job weeding out the broken/low quality items. When I was there the Monday after Christmas, everything was 50% off, which was a great deal! They also have senior discounts every Tuesday. I would call them ahead of time to see what their upcoming sales are. Overall, I would come back again! read more

Sorry to say I'm not going back anytime soon. I thrift a-lot and savers overprices. For example, there was a glass Libby cake stand with cover for 14.99. It's at a nearby retail store for less....and new! A medium crystal vase with a huge chip was marked 17.99. A men's camp shirt 14.99. I can get a new one at kohls for less with a coupon. I feel Savers is not worth my time which is unfortunate because the children who they support suffer. LOWER your prices!! $2 for a 4 year old magazine is too much. read more

I love this place! Staff is always super nice and helpful! Yes, things may not be where they are supposed to go but I've seen people just put shit back wherever and it doesn't help! read more

Thank you to Emily for SAVING my day! Handed over a dress to her for pricing and totally forgot about it. I called to see if she still had it by the register and she kept it safe for me. This place has gone downhill and gotten pricey. And worse yet for a place that's supposed to support helping people with employment they got rid of the cashiers & replaced people with self check out machines ! Their "for profit" side is showing ! read more

It's a hit or miss here, but I only go on Monday's anymore when it's half off because THE PRICES ARE INSANE. Like $50 for used jeans?! I mean Lucky Brand is nice and all but not $50 used nice! They are also insanely disorganized, it's hard to find anything there, worse than goodwill *gasp*! For a thrift store the employees are actually pretty pleasant so there's a plus for sure, but ya know, the prices... read more

My first trip to this Savers was on a Monday during their weekly 50% off sale. It was pretty crowded! However! Compared to Goodwill, the inventory seemed more plentiful, more clean and they had way more employees helping out so the crowd didn't take over. They have an excellent toy area that is pretty clean and very stocked, which was great for my toddler My cashier was friendly & quick. You get a 20% off coupon for spending more than $30. My only complaint was some of their prices were high to seemingly compensate for their weekly 50% off sale. Most jackets were $10-$20 etc. read more

I've been to this Saver's twice now. The first time I came in search for an "ugly" holiday sweater for work. While there were plenty of ugly sweaters, they weren't exactly what I was looking for. Instead, I opted to make my own and purchased two red sweaters (one for me and one for my husband) for under $6. This was a great find and price! I feel like all the clothing is decently priced and they have a good selection. I also like how it is organized by shirt type, which is really helpful! On my most recent trip, I needed a checkered/flannel type shirt for an upcoming event. Again, there were plenty to choose from! I finally found one by Guess for $8. Another great find! I definitely like this Saver's over other Goodwill's (and the like) I've been to. It is much bigger (with more items) and seems cleaner. I'll definitely be back. read more

I wanted to buy a laptop, but it didn't have a charger. So I placed it on hold, since they said they don't do returns on electronics. Moral of the story, DON'T PLACE ITEMS ON HOLD!! read more

I love Savers, however today I had an interesting experience. I can read, and generally do a fairly good job. I received a coupon via e mail from Savers about a sale. It said 50% off. My friend, from out of town and I went shopping, thinking we were getting 50% off. Well, upon checking out and putting in the coupon it only took off $5.00. After checking out the "fine print" we learned the 50% off was only up to $5.00!!!! Seriously, $5.00. We spent over $100.00 and couldn't believe it when we checked out. I feel this is deceptive advertising. In case you think I am crazy, Savers has 50% off every Monday and also other times. I am a thrifty senior and really think this is wrong!!!! read more

Loved the store. Only went to one in Las Vegas prior. Always find something:) You get 15% off if you're a savers member - no fees to join. Thursday's, you get 50% off certain color tags and Monday's they said you get 50% off everything. Was only here for a weekend. Will definitely come again. read more

I've been in here to check it out, I think it's laid out better than the Goodwill. Everything seems clean and they had a huge display for Halloween. Lots of good parking, easy access. read more

Oh, Savers... I love that you're cheap..but I didn't realize you are really really cheap. I bought a new costume for half the price you would pay at other retail stores, but I didn't realize the reason why it's so cheap is because the material is cheap that you can only wear the costume one or two times before tossing it. Some of the little details of the costume was made out of paper or doilies and it practically ripped as I tried on the costume. I hope that I can make due on Halloween. I forgot to mention: no returns on new costumes. read more
